Two Hotel Buenos Aires Reviews

DON’T STAY HERE! I reserved two nights here and it ruined my holiday. You can not go outside, it is dangerous and a lot of homeless people around. Room smells bad, it has humidity, no amenities( no slippers, no coffee, no kettle) and if you are a foreigner you will be poorly treated, staff will laugh at you and talk behind your back at your presence. Do not waste your money.

Good hotel with good location, friendly staffs, acceptable breakfast

Good location

Good location, and a comfy room. Poor breakfast (pastries, bread/toast, ham and cheese and limited fruit selection). Lift was slow and the wait was far too long on numerous occasions.

I have no complaints about the hotel! It exceeded all expectations. The hotel is VERY well located (there are two metro exits very close by), the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and the cleanliness is excellent, and the price is very reasonable.

Good hotel, good coffee, good location, just the pillows are bad and I couldn't turn on the cold air.

It was neater and better than I expected.

The location is good, close to tourist attractions and easy to get around; the coffee is poor, just the basics, there are no eggs, bacon, etc... but the worst thing is the dislike with which you are treated by the staff at the reception and also at the café, it seems like we are disturbing their lives. I requested a taxi service and they charged me 3 times more than I would have paid if it was normally ordered for me. unfortunate.

The room is not big, clean and tidy, but there is no free water and no kettle, you need to go downstairs to get water from the water dispenser, which is a little inconvenient. Everything else is good, the bed is wide and flat, and it is comfortable to sleep. The hot water is also good.

The toilet was so out of order that it almost overflowed. There was no price tag on the water in the fridge, but I read in a previous review that it was charged, so I was careful! They would check it when you checked out! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a wide variety, which was great!!

1 I went to the hotel front desk and started to book this hotel. After booking, they said that they received the order by email, but they could not check me in. I had to wait for 20 minutes because they had to wait for the reservation to be available on the system. 2 The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. Even if I took out the power card and turned off the power in the whole room, the room was still very noisy. I was given a different room, but it was still very noisy. There was a problem with the air conditioner, which made strange noises, and there was also construction noise around. I couldn't fall asleep at all.

Located in the city center, you can reach major tourist attractions on foot. The rooms and bathrooms are also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a variety of breads and desserts provided.
