As fotos da propriedade nao refletem as condições
O Hotel é bem simples, recepcionistas improvisados (de camareira a familiares), precisa de obras de renovação e manutenção, o piso é de vinil e faz muito barulho, janelas não tem vedação acústica e o local é barulhento, o hospede vizinho a nos fez uma festa que entrou pela madrugada nos acordando. Roupa de cama e banho antiga, precisando urgente de troca, os colchões escorregam na cama,cozinha com utensílios velhos, panelas nas ultimas, sem saca rolhas. Nossa geladeira nao funcionava e foi trocada e nosso fogão precisou de reparos para funcionar. No mais é bem localizado, nos pareceu um local seguro com a ressalva da festa do vizinho que nos preocupou bastante.
Para o valor se voce é um viajante que usa o hotel para dormir e tomar banho, o custo benefício é bom/medio.

Poop all over the walls
One of the worst places to stay in the world, at check in, there was fecal pieces smeared on the shower wall. When I complained, the manager got mad and refused to refund me. Horrible place, super dirty, do not stay here!

DO NOT consider this place.
Believe me, it is NOT as the pictures. The spaces are tiny, its an old building, very bad reception by an 80 year old guy who couldnt listen and who charged me 21% tax on top of my "already payed" taxes coupon. Never coming back. At any price.

Ideal para pocos días y buen precio
Hice poco uso del hotel en si, lo utilice para dormir más que nada en una habitación cuádruple.
Las camas individuales medio duras, pero para unas pocas noches esta bien.
No iba muy esperanzada por los comentarios que había leído, pero en general la estadía y personal del hotel estuvo bien, calefacción ideal, agua para bañarse también, toallas limpias.
Muy a gusto con la experiencia.

Cuando no todo es la ubicación
Hotel muy bien ubicado, la atención del personal es buena, pero el estado de todo el inmueble y las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. Pide una reforma a gritos!! Y podría ser algo de mucho más nivel.

Gostamos muito local agradável em area verde, nao não nos agradou o cheiro de cigarro que tinha ao lado e o chuveiro q ficava frio do nada, ainda bem que pegamos calor, atendimento recepção muito bom
