Very nice, big rooms! Soundproofing was good, having a nice sized terrace was a bonus, even though it faced a courtyard and I wasn’t high enough to have any view. Breakfast was nice, even had vegan cheese available (!) and they provided plant-based milk upon request. Hotel felt quite new and staff were helpful. Only con was no water provided in the room and nowhere to fill up reusable bottles 😒

Beautiful new hotel, 170 rooms (fairly large structure), rooftop swimming pool with beautiful view (music all day), bar and restaurant, spa (swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and treatments), very spacious suite, underground parking, very friendly staff.

Oh my god, this is my favorite hotel... I won't doubt it if you say it is a five-star hotel. The front desk is very nice, the staff will smile at you, the swimming pool is clean and large, and the facilities are great. My biggest feeling is that I hope I can stay in such a good and value-for-money hotel every time I travel!

Very nice and clean hotel with great breakfast and professional personal. Only minus was that there was only few parking spots directly under the hotel so it was almost impossible to park there. But the hotel room was very big, in the bathroom there were both bath and shower.

Absolutely stunning hotel, everything is new in tidy, the best experience in Malta from start to finish, thanks to everyone in staff who do their jobs in best way. Roof top poll is amazing, breakfast and dinner were fabulous, spa aren is a little bit small but overall everything was perfect

I stayed here for five nights as a solo traveller and was very impressed with the hotel and all of the staff I encountered. I was originally given an accessible room, which was lovely, clean and spacious. Robes and slippers are provided as well as toiletries. The mini bar is free for the first go which was really nice. Unfortunately the shower wasn’t draining properly and the water went into the bathroom and bedroom floor. This caused me to slip, fall and bang my head and back. Sadly this meant I missed an event I had already paid for. I spoke to the reception staff later that night who were very helpful and sympathetic. They told me to let them know if I needed medical assistance and said they would change my room the next morning and to pack my case and they would move it (they were fully booked that evening) The next morning they moved my to a deluxe room on the ground floor, which was beautiful. Unfortunately I later realised it was opposite the hotel bar (which was noisy until after 1am), next to the lifts, so there was constant noise coming from that, and next to the luggage room. So although the room was lovely, it was difficult to get any proper sleep. The rooftop pool and bar was a really nice addition to the hotel and was always clean, had plenty of staff and had a great vibe. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Really lovely holiday, nice a modern large room, everything included safe, air con , robes and slippers, mini bar, etc. pool area lovely too, and they bring food and drink to your sun lounger. The loungers have cushions. Very very nice, would recommend and I would return

Really nice, modern hotel with spotless cleanliness. The rooms are spacious, the AC works perfectly, overall vibe is excellent. It was a really nice gesture the first refill of the minibar was free! Roof pool area is great ( but water temperature is freezing cold, only suitable for summer heat), wellness area is small but enough. Breakfast had a great selection each day, and the staff was quite nice also. San Pawl il-Baħar is not the most charming city of Malta (and it does not really have a decent beach), but you can access easily any part of the island with both public transport and car. Hotel also provides free parking spaces for the guests (but the spaces are limited). Overall, a beautiful hotel with perfect price to value ratio. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Perfect breakfast. Very good facilities, including infinity pool, indoor pool, spa with various treatments. Lovely mattress. Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Lots of nice details in the hotel. Attention has been paid to everything. Near the sea and near Cafe Del Mar!! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Best Western hotel is immaculate. The staff very professional, breakfast is excellent with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. I would recommend the hotel as it is also situated near restaurants and the bus station. Plus the promenade is not far away.

Just finished two fabulous weeks in this super hotel . We have been to Malta many times for over thirty years and have stayed in many lovely hotels but definitely this was our best trip to date. A beautiful place , pool area and views spectacular,Room was amazing we received an upgrade on arrival to a lovely suite with a complementary mini bar.Food was top notch always superb breakfast snacks and lunch menu excellent and dinner was fantastic. The biggest plus without a doubt for this hotel is the staff everyone of them without exception work hard and always smiling and cheerful to clients and it is evident from the manager Stephen’s own friendliness to customers that it starts at the top. Sofi and Deepak in the restaurant so pleasant and efficient and all the rest of restaurant staff , Hom in the pool bar and Ana , Brendan , Ram ,Sucre and the other bar staff .A special barman and a great character is Pradeep a great crack a big plus to any business.Finally we had the pleasure of meeting and speaking to on a regular basis the customer service special lady Milek and if anyone was born to do that job is was her an absolute pleasure to chat to and so helpful.We will be back in the near future many thanks Kevin and Mary Mc Namara 716.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and it was an enjoyable experience. The staff were polite and welcoming and the hotel was clean and modern with sleek lines. The sky bar with an infinity pool was fantastic with spectacular views that stretched for miles. Whilst staying at the accommodation I read that the pool bar music was loud. I can confirm this was not the case because the music was kept at an acceptable level for all guests of all ages. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again. Oh…I forgot to mention that the word ‘reasonable’ is subjective when talking about the price for drinks, food and other services the hotel offer but the hotel really does take the price of its services into question and you didn’t feel over charged!
