I didn't take pic of the room as it is just a basic room. The staffs are polite and helpful. They don't speak English very well. The surrounding is very close to places of interest in Bukhara such as Ark of Bukhara, Ismail Museum, Chor Minor. It is very easy to walk around. The proximity from the hotel is within 30min walk.

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

New place that feels more intimate than your typical hotel. Family that runs it is Nice. The reception lady, her name is Malika, was very hospitable and helpful with directions. The room itself felt more like an apartment than a sterile hotel room. Bathroom much bigger than pictures suggest and the bathtub was very roomy. I had a relaxed stay. Be advised that the sauna and the pool is a separate payment. Also, breakfast is included in the price, despite what trip.com says. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is not buffet style, but rather set up on your own table at their restaurant. Still it was very delicious and more than enough (dried blueberries, nuts, assorted bread, jam, butter, three kinds of cheese, sour cream, ham, sausage, egg, and some dessert). I requested for rice and they promptly provided it.

Located on the edge of the old city, it takes only 15 minutes to walk to the center of the old city; transportation is also very convenient. The hotel facilities are in good condition and new.

I like the hotel very much. The room is clean and tidy, as beautiful as the photos. The room and bathroom are very large. The breakfast is also very good. The staff are very enthusiastic. Everything is better than expected. The hotel is very cost-effective.

Part of the room fee had to be paid on site. When swiping the card, the front desk lost an extra 50,000 soms. It was said to be bank commission, but the bank handling fee was clearly an additional 3,000 soms. Basically every hotel in Uzbekistan charges extra on site. I think they are trying to defraud tourists of their money and use the language barrier to act stupid. If you insist on not giving it, they will not continue to ask for it. You should pay special attention to this when going to Uzbekistan. . The hotel's hardware facilities are pretty good, but they won't clean the hotel if you don't hang the green sign. When I went back in the evening, I found that they didn't change the garbage bags for me.

The staff, especially Bakhtiyar, is superb. The breakfast is excellent; the bathrooms mostly wonderful – the only thing I’d ask for is a bidet system in the toilet and a better way to wash the towels, which were strangely hard!

Do not recommend this hotel. We arrived to the hotel to find out that our room is supposingly not ready, very arrogant and rude receptionist named Mutakhir insisted that we move to the hotel across, it seemed very weird as if he got personal interest for us to stay in another hotel. The only reason I selected this hotel even though it's far from the old town, 20 minutes walk away, because of the swimming pool. He said I have to pay 30 USD per hour!!! To use their tiny swimming pool that turned out to be with very cold water. It turned out that he was lying and the hotel had 20% occupation capacity, after speaking with another receptionist we stayed 2nd night. Overall very negative experience because of this rude and arrogant receptionist

Enjoyed my staff here. Nice staff, great room and a nice walk to the old town.
