Good location, hotel clean, reception service very good, breakfast very good too.

When I arrived and started to operate the check-in machine, one of the staff members who had pretended not to know me stood in front of me without saying a word. I was secretly scared... But before I got on the elevator, an older staff member called out to me and showed me around, so I felt a little more at ease. The room was nicely appointed and I had a comfortable stay. There were no fires from the neighboring fire station, and it was very quiet at night. I'm glad I chose breakfast included. The staff member welcomed me warmly with a smile. I took the food back to my room, and it was plenty. The homemade tofu was also delicious.

Although the hotel is about ten minutes away from the subway station, it is very new and clean, with complete facilities. The staff are also polite and friendly. The buffet breakfast provided is rich and delicious. Guests can check the breadfast congestion in the room. Or Laundry status to know the traffic situation of the breadfast restaurant and whether the washer and dryer are available. The environment near the hotel is also very beautiful and comfortable. There are also shops, department stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. I will stay here again next time.

At first I thought the receptionist was a little rude, but she was also from overseas so I guess it can't be helped. The room was automatically selected to be the best for an adult, a junior high school student, and a fifth grade elementary school student, but an economy double room is not big enough for three people. The breakfast was delicious and the chefs even greeted us at the end, which was quite touching.

It is easily accessible from the station, and can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable.

夜混んでいる時間に着いた為、チェックインの機械が混んでいましたが、受付の方の迅速なご対応であまり待つことなくチェックイン出来ました。他の東横に慣れていたので、ロビーに部屋着があると思い探しましたが、ここの東横は部屋にありました。ある意味親切だなと思いました。

とても清潔で綺麗なホテルで居心地が良いです。 週末がすぐに埋まってしまうのが残念ですがそれだけ良いホテルという事ですね。まだお願いします。
