The room doesn't have a fan.. I hope it's outside air, it's really not cold.. the sheets, pillowcases smell... but the room is big

The musty smell upon opening the door was suffocating and the water heater in one of the two bathrooms was broken. Couldn't sleep even with a dirty mattress, the bedding was damp and had a moldy smell that made it itchy. This is the first time I booked a room like this after using Ctrip for ten years. I hope people will not be deceived again.
