Clean lovely room . Staff were lovely and accommodating

Booked room for two adults.
Only one piece of soap and one tiny shampoo provided.
No hand towel provided.
Curtains dirty,  blanket/cover on beds stained, dead insects in room. 
Could not use TV because TV remote control did not work.
Uncomfortable beds.
A notice on the wall in the room stated "there will be a charge if anyone is court in the room smoking"
So apart from being not able to spell correctly they are theives charging us $136 for a night in that room.
Reccomend that this be the last place to ever consider for an accomodation option in Bundaberg.

Really good little hotel. Clean and for the cost of the room, very good. Close to good pubs and pizza shop which was handy for a one night stay. I believe the new manager has taken the place by the scruff of the neck and tidied it right up as I see some of the other reviews were not great. The new manager has done great here and it would seem it's improved quite a lot since she came on board. So for the negative reviews, they were probably warranted at the time, but as of June 2023, really good. I would definitely stay again. 

Great value for money.  Rooms were immaculately clean with clearly marked and roomy parking.  Felt secure and the beds are comfortable.  Perfect for our overnight stay.  Bathroom was a little dated, but that’s reflected in the price you pay.  Will definitely stay again.

The bathroom had not been cleaned.  Brown marks and mould that we rubbed off easily with a towel, clumps of hair on the shower drain and urine down the front of the toilet bowl. Obviously cheap so I was more than happy to accept simple room with old paint, even some rust is fine and maybe the odd stain on the carpet but what we had was just gross. The bed looked clean but the sheets had an odd smell and there was a dirty brown mark on the wall behind bed. Huge stain on the carpet And the only blanket available for the single bed was so thin and ratty it looked like an old kitchen mat. Checked in quite late so didn’t see filth until after reception closed.  Won’t stay there again I’m afraid.
