廁所反味這麼嚴重你們是怎麼好意思開業的，一晚上就感覺住在廁所邊一樣，臭氣熏天，而且老闆根本解決不了這個問題，攜程是怎麼讓這種商家上架的。除了管家小哥熱情之外就找不出第二個優點，真是垃圾，差差差

3000塊的房間
首先衞生很不好，角落裡還有別人扔掉的礦泉水瓶蓋之類的。
床頭的枱燈燈泡都沒有了，通電瞭如果有小孩不小心手指伸進去店家也不怕發生事故。
浴巾都是濕的 根本不能用
前台有個戴眼鏡的帥哥服務態度很好，一顆星是給他的。

怎麼説呢，來這個地方玩了五天，換了也好幾個民宿但是這個是我覺得最不符合這個價位的，我和我男朋友住完這個酒店後渾身起疹子，我還好但是我男朋友身上很多，因為這個酒店是我們選擇在這個地方多呆一天臨時訂的，所以我們也沒有怎麼想，當天晚上洗澡的時候還跳閘了，第二天定好了車，然後要去機場門又壞了，打不開就崩潰的。。。

房間環境衞生都相當不錯，周圍環境也很不錯，拍照很出片，交通出行也很便利，前台會幫忙找車，設施也很去齊全 周圍超市 餐廳 小酒館 還有雪地摩託體驗 總體來説 入住體驗超棒

入住時感覺設施和環境蠻好的，很滿意，半夜時意外發生，loft樓梯很滑，拖鞋底也沒有摩擦，結果悲劇了，下樓梯打滑，我直接從十幾層台階滾下來，差點沒摔散架了。我媳婦當場嚇哭，喊前台過來，結果前台小哥看了一下拿碘伏創可貼給我簡單處理了下就走了，之後也沒人問我感覺有沒有不舒服，酒店冷漠的態度讓人寒心。幸好摔倒的是二十多歲小夥，要是長者摔了你們怎麼負責？
半夜渾身又酸又痛，強忍着睡一覺恢復恢復，又被隔壁嬉笑聲吵醒。2800一晚的酒店在麗江都能住悦榕莊了，在禾木衹能住服務差，設施差，環境差的民宿，衹能説兩個字，巨坑！
