Great hotel with clean rooms and common spaces, great city view from pretty much any room. Most staff speak fluent Korean and English for foreign travelers and locals. Daily cleaning for rooms unless you request otherwise. They will replenish what you use in the room including tea, coffee, toothbrushes, towels, slippers, bottled water, and other amenities you can request at the front desk. The doorman is very polite and courteous. Location is one of the best you can get in Haeundae, close walk to all types of food, dining, street markets, beach, and bus stops. Very safe area even for Korea. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in especially for the price.

I came to play with my younger brother on vacation for the 20th anniversary of joining the company. I made a reservation because I liked the sea view, but it was disappointing that the yellow dust was so bad. Still, the night view is very pretty. The information desk staff are also very friendly. However, there is nothing you can do about soundproofing. You can hear the sound from the hallway very well ㅡㅡ I want to visit again in a season without yellow dust.
