This hotel did not restock our tea bags, they did not provide big enough towels, only hand towels, they also did not want to allow our guest to even enter our room for some reason he had to wait downstairs when we went to put our bags away. Rediculous. Also they have weird rules about the spa and gym you cant use them seperately you have to use it together and you can't leave otherwise you have to pay again! So useless.

Great hotel with close to 2 subway line(both within 5-7min walk), next door with one 24hrs famous busan pork soup, hotel guest also enjoy discount for coffee located right next to the hotel, overall service is good with spacious room, would definitely return to the same hotel

Not difficult to find but it’s a short walk from the nearest MRT station. Gym and bathhouse were rather neighbourhood style but well furnished and crowded at times.

The hotel is neither close nor far from the subway. It still takes a while to walk, maybe 7-10 minutes. There are some supermarkets and vendors nearby. The supermarkets are open 24 hours a day, and the vendors will slowly start closing after 22-23 o'clock. It's within walking distance of McDonald's. There is mineral water and a bathtub in the room. The best thing is the sauna attached to the hotel, just next door to the hotel. Go to the counter every night to get a coupon and you can use the facilities next door. The front desk spoke English. There was a cafe (7:00-20:00) and a jimjilbang (large bath 5:30-24:00, sauna and gym 5:30-21:00) in the building. The jimjilbang was used by locals. There were several food stalls on the way to the station.
