Good spot with convenient locations surrounding it. If you don’t mind an older hotel theres no issues :)

It's about a 2 minute walk from the subway station and there are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The price is low, but the room is spacious and has most of the amenities. There was a refrigerator, and the toilet was a shower toilet (with a flush toilet seat). Sometimes the front staff is helpful and speaks Japanese. Breakfast is not what you would expect for the price. The underfloor heating is warm enough.

The location is very good as it is right next to Renzan Station, which is convenient for transfers, and there is a convenience store nearby. There are many karaoke shops in the surrounding area. At the front desk, there was an old man who spoke good Japanese and was very kind. The hotel's facilities seemed old, but there was plenty of space around the bed, and the bathroom with a bathtub felt spacious. It was a bit troublesome at first because you had to leave your key at the front desk instead of using a card key, but the old man was so kind and assisted me in Japanese every time, and I was relieved. I'm glad I was able to stay at a cheap price and the location and service were satisfactory.

Although the facility is old, it was clean and the service was good. The heating is warm and hot water comes out well. It was close to the subway so it was easy to participate in the G-STAR event.

The service in the hotel is very good, but the environment is very old. The access control even has the original key. There is no soundproofing. You can clearly hear every word spoken next door. Overall, I will give it three points.

I was glad that the person at the counter spoke Japanese fluently. I was glad that the bathtub had a curtain so I didn't get the toilet or washroom area wet.

I stayed here because there was a live concert at the nearby Asiad Stadium. I'm pretty satisfied! ! I didn't expect much service since it was a relatively cheap price, but I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The location was also within 2 minutes walk from exit 16 of Yongsan Station. If I had to say it, I think it was difficult to flush the toilet, but the front desk staff also spoke Japanese and I was glad I stayed! ! I am planning to stay here again when I go to Busan. thank you!

There is no hot water, the floors are cold, the refrigerator is empty, there is not even drinking water, except for toothbrushes and toothpaste (even condoms)
