5 stars hotel with 5 stars amenities such as Dyson hairdryer and diptyque toiletries. Nespresso machine and 4 different types of tea available each day. You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. Hotel is in the building on far right in pic.

The hotel was wonderful, recommended eillie that help us to upgrade from deluxe room to 1 bedroom suite. Everything in the room is perfect from balcony, shampoo, Dyson hair dryer and seafood ramen in room service.

We had a great experience in this hotel. The best part was that they had foam pillows I requested already prepared in the room. This rarely happens even in other 5 star international hotels. Very impressed with their service and cleanliness. The location was great as well.

Such a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view and service. Extraordinary staff service but feels like the ocean breeze affects the room temperature somehow - blast the room temp controller but it was cold and warm at the same time. I had some sort of chills during the night. BUT the service and room and hotel conditions suffice the temperature issues. Hard to believe the no amenities policy - no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no soap, basically no disposable items, but keep in mind this is a 5 star hotel and a suite room.

Excellent service provided at Signiel, location wasn't too bad, but the stay was definitely comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for people looking to rest and relax.

Amazing stay in Signiel ! We had 3 great nights, it’s for me the best 5 starts Hotel in Korea. Everything is top ! Great management of the property by the fantastic General Manager of this hotel. The breakfast is excellent and you should also try the French pastry of the hotel. We had also a great dinner at the Chineese restaurent.

Great scenery, even in harbor-view room. Little far from the train station, but very close to the famous "Haeundae" beach. The restaurant was nice, too.

This is a hotel worth visiting👍🏻😄The hygiene level is very good, the service attitude is very considerate, the equipment and facilities are very new, especially the endless beach is a good place for a family vacation
