Thanks for the free upgrade. If it was a lower floor view, I would have been upset... The friendly guidance was nice, but I wish the supplies (gowns, towels, toothbrushes...) were changed. Great location, right on the Haeundae Beach. Rooms are clean. There are slippers, bathrobes, toiletries, kettle, free water in the room and coffee available at the reception. Breakfast is on top floor overlooking the beach. Parking is free. We had the perfect stay with our family.
