The staff was friendly and very accommodating. However, breakfast is the same every morning. and the aircon was noisy, we requested for a different room in the morning but was refused instead they offered to repair the aircon which was replaced the next day. we ended sleeping no aircon for 2 nights😥 also, the internet is very slow, i have to use my own, we cant even watch the netflix.

It's a room with lots of space, and the breakfast and pool are standout features of the property. I haven't tried the dinner buffet, but it looks to be good value. We've stayed here several times and always have a nice visit.

A very nice place. Clean and spacious room. Swimming pool good. Buffet breakfast 😋 Friendly staff. A few drawbacks: - fridge won't work - no vault, no hair dryer in room - can't adjust the temperature of the water

Unreasonable staff takes too long to Check in the room is large by any standard but cleanliness is undesirable. The carpet is dusty and it smells.

Service is very good, I was not just quite happy with the cable connections and the dress cabinet needs repair. I was staying at the first floor and there was no window.

Nice and professional staff. Clean surroundings. Delicious foods. Our kids were dismayed to know that their swimming pool is under maintenance. I should have asked the hotel staff before booking. Overall it was a nice stay.
