Отель в исторической части города - это прекрасно, но если у вас багаж, имейте ввиду, что вам придется по брусчатке высоко вверх подниматься, а это не весело, особенно в жару!!! Отель расположен на старинной узкой улочке, где ваше окно смотрит в окно дома напротив… Мало солнечного света, мрачновато. Мебель из тяжелого дерева, громоздкая и неуютная. В номерах не предусмотрено употребление пищи, отсутствуют чайные принадлежности. Комната приема пищи расположена в подвальном помещении, где можно сварить кофе, приготовить чай или какао; есть сок и вода, печенье, тосты, масло, джем, йогурт, хлопья и молоко. Эти продукты предлагаются в качестве завтрака. Достоинство одно - исторический центр города🤷♀️

Ho dormito 2 notti il 30 e 31 agosto 2024, il costo è adeguato ai servizi forniti ed era comprensivo della colazione. L'alloggio sito in Via Maddalena 14 è molto curato, pulito e silenzioso ed è vicinissimo alla stazione centrale dei treni e al porto e diverse linee di autobus hanno le fermate a due passi dall'appartamento. Il centro città è a 5 minuti a piedi ed infatti ne abbiamo approfittato per visitare i diversi centri di interesse turistico, abbiamo utilizzato l'autobus soltanto per raggiungere la spiaggia del Poetto e visitare il Parco Regionale. Il personale è cortese ed efficiente, hanno risposto sempre con celerità ad ogni richiesta. L'accesso all'appartamento è stato facilitato tramite l'utilizzo di codici, preventivamente comunicati, al portone d'ingresso del palazzo e a quello del pianerottolo, mentre per entrare nella camera ci hanno fatto trovare sul bancone all'ingresso la key card. La stanza è dotata di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, di ottima linea wifi, di un televisore piatto di buone dimensioni, ed ha a disposizione un bollitore con filtri del te e varie tisane oltre a buonissimi biscotti. Consiglio vivamente la struttura.

We enjoyed our honeymoon at this hotel. Luxury, atmosphere, friendly and professional service, dependable facilities, beautiful wellness area, cocktails, fresh seafood, a few minutes drive from the airport. We would absolutely come back, highly recommend! Had a lovely conversation with the property manager who was extremely customer focused and had visions of even a better service. The staff there is also the same, ready to serve and accommodate. Thank you for the lovely experience!

Hotel Flora is located 3 min walk from train/bus station, near plenty of restaurants. We walked all famous sightseeing spots in Cagliari from hotel, even to San Benedetto market. Room has a good space, 102 had a nice balcony with nice table and comfy chairs where you can enjoy nice evening. Very solid building, so no noise from other guests. The best of all is the service. Cleaner, front, waiters at the restaurant, They are friendly, helpful, and professional. Great choice of breakfast. What else you can ask the hotel!? We will stay here again if we ever has a chance to go back to Cagliari.

L'unico lato positivo di questa struttura è che si trova a due passi dal centro. Per il resto esperienza da dimenticare! La struttura ha uno sgradevole odore di stantio che si sente persino dalla strada e che in camera è davvero fastidioso, inoltre nei corridoi aleggia sempre un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta. Per raggiungere le camere è necessario inerpicarsi su una (o due!) lunga e ripida scalinata che, avendo un paio di bagagli non leggerissimi al seguito, rischia anche di essere piuttosto pericolosa. Avevamo prenotato la camera con colazione, salvo poi scoprire che la ”colazione” consisteva in un ”kit” lasciato direttamente in camera (biscotto e fetta biscottata + una bustina di tè). Se fosse stato segnalato che la colazione era di tal fatta non avremmo certo pagato l'extra! Ci è capitato di chiedere un rotolo di carta igienica aggiuntivo e non era disponibile. La doccia aveva più o meno le dimensioni di una bara! E' abbastanza facile posteggiare in zona, ma quasi esclusivamente a pagamento e solo in strada. La via in cui si trova la struttura è piuttosto rumorosa sino a tarda sera e dalla mattina presto.

I would highly recommend Hotel Italia. The rooms are pretty plain and simple , but clean and the bathroom has an excellent shower and modern fittings. The air conditioning worked really well and there is a fridge stocked with a few free drinks which was nice. Some of the rooms have balconies. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and only paper cups to drink from. The breakfast room/bar is nice and light and spacious and there is a lovely terrace area to sit outside. It was a bid odd that the terrace is closed between 10.30am and 12 noon, but the rest of the time it is open and we enjoyed a few cocktails there. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is really central. It is on a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise, we were on the 4th floor so well away from any street noise at all. Our only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast. Hot water and black coffee are put out in large silver urns at 7am with no insulation or heating, so by around 9am they are tepid. Consequently everyone was ordering fresh drinks from the coffee machine at the bar, which are great and for no extra charge, however it meant that one of the 2 breakfast staff was fully occupied making hot drinks. Therefore food on the buffet was frequently running out and not replenished. The choice on the buffet was quite poor. It would have been lovely to have some fresh, sliced tomatoes and also better quality bread. The pineapple being served was almost rotten. The cakes looked good. One of our party was Vegan and all they could offer was some gluten free cakes, dry crackers and bread. As we hadn’t made them aware beforehand of this, we hoped that once they were aware they may have provided something better the next days, but unfortunately not. This small guesthouse has 3 rooms. We had the smallest but for us this was spacious enough. Room is entirely white with antique bed. Beautiful, not too large, bathroom. Accommodation including coffee tea water and juices. Location is perfect because it is near the port and many restaurants in the immediate surroundings. Under the living room/kitchen you can use. Delightful toilet articles from Aqua di Parma. Every morning Fabrizio was present for any questions. We'll be booking it again.

Hotel is situated outside of the town. One visitor came for business and one for pleasure. Even though a BW elite member we were given a room on the first floor. These floors do not have an outside area. Reception staff are fantastic and friendly and helpful for recommendations. Our room overlooked the shabby building next door, dated room but clean, even though it has a small kitchenette you are not provided with any means to cook if you wanted to. Decor is dated, but bed is quite comfy. Breakfast... Is very disappointing, which seems to be the norm in Italy. Hardly any choice and nothing hot. Could not say I'd recommend for a holiday for pleasure but I was joining my husband for business.
