The room is considered a good five-star hotel in Egypt. The breakfast is very rich and the facilities in the room are OK. The location is good. The hotel restaurant (Western restaurant) is average. I don’t recommend trying it. The cheesecake and rice pudding in the hotel cafe are delicious.

The location and decoration of the hotel are excellent. It feels more like a business, less like a vacation. The service is generally good, but there are two mysterious operations (checking the Mini Bar when entering the room and swiping the card to enter after pressing the doorbell) which are really a bit inexplicable. I only tried breakfast and Tianma Restaurant. Tianma's food is delicious without talking about authenticity.

Very good experience, the Italian restaurant on the 5th floor is much better than the steak restaurant on the 3rd floor, don't go to the one on the 3rd floor, it's not good. The breakfast is OK, but there are not many hot meals. The service is still very good, the St. Regis suite has a good view, and the public area design is really great.
