Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform,they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him.Also location was quite and safe.They have updated my room,the room was great and big enough,every room have balcony.The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe,cinema,shops.It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again

Amazing service! The room and the hotel are top class and the staff is really polite. Michael Samy is particularly extremely friendly and supportive. I've visited this hotel many times, and each time Michael is always there to help and is so genuine. While not a fancy hotel (to Western standards) everything was clean and working. We booked because we needed somewhere to stay for a few hours before catching our early AM flight. The location within walking distance of Citystars Mall was perfect and only a 15 minute drive to the airport.

Las habitaciones no están mal. La televisión solo canales en árabe. La comida es bufet libre y si se acaba no reponen. This review is after the first day of our 2 days booking, but I hope it will change. When we arrived at 9.15pm on 10/02/2023 at the entrance by Uber, the security team was busy socialising, and the entry was blocked. We unloaded our 4 bags and checked with the security of the entry. They showed the entry and advised to drag the bags around. I complained the incident to the duty manager at the reception who was defensive, interrogative, and said he would check the camera to confirm the credibility of the incident. We asked why we would complain if everything was as smooth as expected and walked away.

A gem of a small boutique hotel in a great location & good area. Rooms are unique & although the building old the bathroom modern & the beds very comfortable. Great service & very attentive & helpful staff. There are several restaurants within the hotel, offering a diverse option of cuisines. Breakfast is served in the Carlos restaurant & excellent. My only criticism, after enjoying one cocktail & making the decision to come back & eat later, they charged all of the service & local taxes but worse a cover charge. This small incident left me a bit annoyed & needless to say, I didn't go back to eat. Other than this small thing I had a lovely experience staying here & would highly recommend.

Lovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.

One of the best hotel apartments I’ve been to. The location is perfect, not exactly on the main road so the noise level is low, yet close enough that it only takes a few steps. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance, and for anything else you need, you can always order it by phone or online. The price is very good, especially compared to similar places in the area. The highlight of the place, though, is the staff. They’re amazing, helpful, very friendly and will always go the extra mile to accommodate you. The only downside and the reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the banging noise coming from the construction workers early in the morning, especially considering it was coming from the extension of the hotel apartment itself. I will definitely be staying there whenever I’m back in Cairo, and will be recommending the place to all my family and friends. 👍🏻
