From arrival to departure the service we received was as per normal exemplary. Rooms meticulous breakfast the usual high standard and staff always friendly and welcoming. Thank you Isabella and your staff and I look forward to seeing you in the next few weeks

A great location and fantastic staff. bedroom was comfortable but no frills and couldn't alter temperature so it was too hot. Shower was a wet room.

Good hotel, spacious room but it was cold fortunately there were additional heaters at the reception, impractical sink tap too stuck and the small 60cm TV. Good breakfast and well soundproofed room.

We chose this hotel because it had parking. However, the car park was full when we arrived at 22:15, as were the on street spaces.
We double parked to unload & the reception staff gave us advice as to where to find a space. Fortunately, on the 5th time round the block a space became available. Free on street parking overnight (until 09:00) was a bonus.
