The location is a bit off, no different from the domestic holiday chain. There are various restaurants around. The hotel service is OK, but the breakfast is a bit simple and ends a bit early at 9:30.

The staff are so good! They are thoughtful and warm.
Happy to have detox fruit water in the lobby but no drinking water is provided in room. The room heater is a little bit noisy. The room is old too. This is a hotel with good service.

The worst holiday inn that I have stayed. After check in, they told us the elevator doesn’t work and we have to climb 9 floors…

The room is small and the facilities are a bit old, but the location is good and the price/performance ratio is OK. The breakfast is average, and parking seems to be free, which is rare in the city center.
