Was there for one night. Reached there early in the morning and left around 10am. Was upgraded and happy with the room. Breakfast was good too. Only feedback is the quality of the towels and bedding items, which we felt can be improved.

Had a really great experience! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the rooms are clean. I'll definitely be back to visit again!

Best hotels stay in a long time. Loved that they changed my room from a king bed to 2 queen beds. Breakfast was good with a variety like waffles and baked goods.

The hotel staff was extremely kind and super helpful. I forgot my toothbrush, and they gave me an extra.

Had an amazing stay at Residence Inn! The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds (its on the softer side so you really sink in), perfect for a good night’s rest after a full day of exploring. Most of Calgary’s main attractions are within walking distance, which made getting around super convenient. The hotel also offers self-service laundry, which was a big plus. Washing and drying cost only CAD 3 each, which is very reasonable compared to other places we’ve stayed. Laundry sheets/powder are also available for CAD 4 in the lobby's shop. Parking isn’t free, but that’s expected downtown. You can choose valet service or park in the next building for CAD 30 per night. If you prefer, there’s also street parking and several parkades nearby - both street-level and underground. Overall, highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calgary!

Hotel waa situated in a very convenient location in downtown Calgary. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and another plus point is that the breakfast is good

This was such a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing. I got there 5 hours before check in just asking for them to hold my bags but they found me a room to check into early which was incredible. They were very accomodating and the room and facilities were beautiful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

very convenient location but parking is not part of the hotel, in fact, it is with the residential property that is next to it, if you go on weekend, choose weekend parking option which is cheaper than the regular $31 per day option. Great breakfast and near good restaurants in downtown
