This is a beautiful hotel, very clean and professional front desk service. Dinner (salmon) in the restaurant is excellent, not to mention the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend NH Hotel.

I've forgotten exactly what it was like. The location is okay, close to a shopping mall. Considered a mid-range hotel in the itinerary

The facilities are too old, the bathroom floor is full of stains

The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms do not have the same quality. I switched my room twice because the top safety latch was broken on two rooms .

The only strange thing was when checking out I had to sign a paper stating that I had not used any beverages or food in the room. There was no notice in the room that there was a cost for the use of any of those items.

I loved everything about my stay in this hotel. It was my second time there and hopefully will not be my last.

Far from a 4 star hotel as rated, nice lobby but very outdated rooms with carpet in bedrooms, weak AC, there was no hot water on 2nd day but was refunded remaining days when asked to cancel due to no hot water.

Room was cleaning everyday, the cleaning staff were excellent and the breakfast was really good everyday. There is 3 malls very close to the hotel, also a variety of restaurants with really good food.

Great Stuff, the hotel need a little up date, overall I'm pretty sure I will stay again.

We enjoyed the location and the hotel. Everything is so near and lots of things to do.

Rooms need a deep renew. They are in bad conditions. Bathroom, Furniture, Floors....... are in very bad conditions.
