The room is suitable for a large family because it is a suite, equivalent to two bedrooms. The only inconvenience is that it's a bit far from the subway station, but it's not far from Harvard and MIT, which is quite convenient. There is a Whole Food supermarket nearby where you can buy some things. There was too little food at the buffet, but Starbucks gave me a pot of coffee, which was great

The short version is I enjoyed my stay and it was like staying in an upscale version of an Aloft hotel. The long version starts here: I came up and stayed for 5 days for Tufts graduation weekend in May 2022. Staff was friendly upon check-in. I tried to do check-in via the Marriott App and was successful to an extent. While I was able to use the App to open my room door, you need an actual room key from the front desk to use the elevators, gym and pool area. So just using the Marriott App was unsuccessful and abandoned. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor. The room is self is modern in appearance and was very clean upon arrival. There was a small fridge along with coffee and tea maker available. There wasn’t a lot of drawer cabinet space available (2 drawers) but there were a sufficient amount of surface area, plus the room had a 2nd bed that I wasn’t using that I could just put my clothes on. In addition to power outlets there are USB ports available both by the desk and in between the beds where you can recharge your devices. Coffee, tea and water were free and always available by the front desk. The Wifi at the hotel was complimentary and had good download and upload speed. There were also 2 complementary iMacs in the lobby to use. Parking at the hotel is $25 a night, the breakfast buffet was an additional $20, and there is no daily house keeping service. That being said, there are small signs hat you can leave on your door if you need additional towels or just stop by the front desk to get additional anything for the room. Just for informational purposes, across the street is the Alewife Reservation DCR parking with 8-10 parking spaces where you can park for free for 2 hours when exploring the Alewife Reservation “AREA”. About a 9 minute walk from the hotel is the Alewife T Station where overnight parking is $9 M-F and $3 overnight on the Weekends. The room will be serviced by housekeeping on the 4th day of your stay. As I mentioned, my plan had me there for 5 days. While the room was serviced on the 4th day of my stay. I think it would have been more efficient for housekeep to service the room at the midpoint go my stay (day 3) rather then the day before my departure (day 4). I also mentioned that the breakfast buffet was an additional $20. That being said, they sometime offer a complementary breakfast buffet in the restaurant. I’d guess your chances are 1 in 30 maybe. There would be a sign outside the restaurant if that is the case. It happened to be on my 2nd day there, and I thought the breakfast at the hotel was very good (while yes it was also free that day). There were freshly baked goods as well as 2 different types of baked omelets, cereal, eggs, yogurts, and various beverages. The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the station. There is a free parking space in front of the hotel. If it is full and there is a parking lot next to it, it will cost 12 US dollars a day. The room is not big but has complete facilities for simple cooking. Clean every two days. There are Trader Joe's and outlets across the bridge, restaurants, and a small shopping district nearby. Very convenient choice.

The location of the hotel is near the subway station Wellington. It is a bit far from the city but it is also very convenient to take the subway. The hotel has a buffet breakfast, and the rooms are bigger and newer than those in New York. The experience is very good.

The location of this hostel is amazing! I stayed there for two nights in a six bed female dorm. The sheets were fresh and the hostel clean. Looking at some reviews here please keep something in mind: This is a hostel with a lot of people going in and out. Boston is an expensive city and you can’t find hotels in that location for less that $300-400 a night during busy seasons. So while this hostel might seem expensive at first, it is relatively cheap in comparison to hotels. Also consider the taxes. My bed was $69 but after tax, membership and all, I came close to a $100. Also, you’ll be sharing a room. There will be people coming in and out….what else would you expect? Earplugs and eyeshades go a long way. People come to Boston for different reasons, so they won’t be on the same schedule as you! However I thought everyone did great sticking to the quite times from 11-7. The mornings can get busy using the bathrooms, so plan accordingly. I thought it was a really cool place where you could work to many sights! I am glad I stayed there and saved myself from getting expensive hotels. Instead I used the saved money to explore the city’s sights, great coffees and delicious restaurants! Great stay!

Oct2022: 3⭐: I selected this hotel as a result of needing a place close to the house with easy access to the airport. I selected this hotel through the Bonvoy app based on it fitting the criteria I desired. I wasn't able to get to the hotel until the afternoon hours about 1700. I picked up my spouse from the airport and we decided to get her checked in at the hotel on the way to the hospital down the toll road. I noted that the hotel was difficult to enter and it took a bit of concentration to locate the front entrance of the hotel as it sits over top of the tollway 90. There were two handicapped parking areas available at the check in lot. There is a pay parking garage attached to the hotel and adjacent to the front entrance into the hotel. The parking garage has more handicapped parking areas available and regular parking as well. The areas are not good for large trucks or RVs. The entrance was located and I parked and we went into the hotel. We walked to the front desk and a female worker didn't greet us, didn't say hello, nor did she say welcome to the hotel. The worker said ”give me your id”. My wife was standing there to my side and I looked to see if there was someone else there we had stepped in front of or cut in line. There was no one there but us. My wife said what did she say? Is this the check in desk? I commented that this is the check in window, right? What happened to the smile, good afternoon, welcome to Sheraton, or just hello. DEMANDING my identification upon entering the building was definitely not appropriate. Having a bad day isn't MY fault. I have a choice to choose this location, not the other way around. We finished the check in at the desk, paid for parking, and we went to the room. We dropped off the bags and found that the bathroom door sags and does not properly close as it's hitting the bottom of the frame. One of the window blinds wasn't properly functional. The noise canceling device and the traffic was something to tolerate. Some vehicle drivers passing under the hotel on the tollway, enjoyed throttling the engine. This added noise to an already bad situation. Decent area food spots are walking distance from the hotel.

We had a great experience here. I had three rooms rented for a group and we didn't have an issue with any of the rooms or amenities. Rooms were all clean and well stocked. Food at the restaurant on site was great. The breakfast was great. And everyone at the front desk was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The front desk service is good, breakfast is the best among several hotels in the United States, balanced and very full. Remember to get the food before 10 o'clock, outdated. The room is large, the fly in the ointment is that the room with disabled bathing equipment leaks more after the shower.

Dont the unique decor of the hotel fool you. Outside the decor of the hotel, the rest is just gabbage, it shouldn't be part of the Hilton branch. I travel into Boston every week on assignment and it so happen that am currently staying in this hotel right now. I always have great experience in all the Hilton hotels I have been staying with except this particular one. I am suppose to be staying here for 4 days, and 3 day into my stay. Last night, as I was relaxing and having a cup of wine, the glass felt off my hand and spill on the bed. I had to use a towel to cover that side of the bed in order to be able to sleep on the bed till in the morning. I got in touch with the front desk at 7am this morning before going to work to let them know that I needed my bed sheet changed due to the spill drink. The lady at the front desk, assured me that it will be changed before I get back. when I got back from work at 3pm and got to my room, the bed sheet is still not changed. I called the front desk, to enquire as to why it wasn't changed. BILL at the front desk answered the phone and told me that, am not staying more than 4 days so, my room cant be clean. If I need towels, it can be send up stairs. I had to let him know again that, I had stopped at the front desk earlier today to let them know why I needed my bed sheet changed. From this point onwards he became condescending and repeat the same thing he said earlier of me not staying more than 4 days, and as I was about to say I will go down stairs to collect the bedsheet, he hang the phone on my ear. I call again to ask what was his reason for hanging up the phone on me, he didn't pick the phone. After that, I went down stairs to talk to him in person, and all he could say is, ”I did not hang up the phone, I thought you hang up, Maybe the phone got disconnected”. what a LAME ASS EXCUSE, for been UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a Hilton hotel and will never stay here again. Can't wait to check out

I would say the only thing positive about this location is the rooms. They are super clean and updated. As well as the night time manager is super accommodating. As far as the other employees they could care less. Night time manager even charged me half the deposit because I frequent here. The elevator is beat up and dated. The carpets in some hallways haven't been deep cleaned since the 1800s. Mostly all the soda and snack machines steal your money. The pool is surprisingly decent. I have only ever taken a swim once. The best thing is they allow animals for free. My little guy loves the night manager because he gives him treats constantly. This hotel has some super potential. Because you can hop on 93 and be in Boston with no traffic in 15 mins. Right next to market basket and some shopping/restaurants. If they renovated. Cleaned up and hired some more staff that care like the night shift manager, this place would be sold out every day without a doubt. Definitely room for improvement no doubt about that. But it is well worth the price. The rooms and beds are EXTREMELY nice. Just a drive away from Boston. Highly recommend solely off the rooms and beds in the room!
