Best Hotels in Can Sire, Spain

First impressions of you look from afar are great, it’s when you get closer and this is a hotel trying to appeal to the higher end of the market with a cheap refurb. Negatives: * Offer snacks and drinks at reception or within the lobby area, especially for late arrivals. * Explain the facilities available and where to access them. * Add a welcome leaflet in the room with key information such as meal options for non all inclusive guests. * Offer recommendations for food and general local amenities. * 1 bottle of water complimentary, put it in the fridge or have 2 one chilled and one not. * Fix the aircon, on the lowest setting the rooms are still warm and uncomfortable. * One staff member behind the day bar was very rude when it came to learning I was a staff member of Leonardo Hotels, he did not want to add the staff discount. He also put my food order through wrong, I ordered a cheeseburger but he bought a chicken burger out. Not sure if he even applied the discount as it was €12. I noticed he was rude to a few customers during his shift - 17/10/23. * Couldn’t ask about late check out until the morning of check out. Offers should be purchasable at booking. Would also promote direct booking. * Style of the rooms are an attempt to modernise but unfortunately you can tell this was done at a low budget. The rooms are what would class as standard hotel rooms. * Staff could benefit from some customer service training to provide a more comfortable stay. Positives: * Location is great for access to the beach. Special gate for access to and from beach from day bar area. * Outdoor areas are perfect for sunlight all day. * Two bars one for day and one for night - Changed at 7pm. * Food available at the bar for non AI. * Good selection of drinks. * Checking in and out was quick. * Good size pools which match size of hotel. * Cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard.

Pros The hotel was impeccably clean. The rooms were large and well equipped with the use of a fridge and safe. The room also had a hairdryer ,shampoo and shower gel . Pool towels were also available to use . The bar menu was small but the food was of high quality. The bar was well stocked and staff were very friendly. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful . The fact it was an adult only hotel was lovely Cons When you get dropped off we had to find the hotel ourselves which was a bit tricky as it was up an alley way . It look’s really scruffy but once inside you forget about it . ************ sometimes sat on the stairs as well offer **** and Charley !!! We had a couple of days of loud music around the pool area as well played by the lifeguards but when I complained this was resolved

I found the hotel completely renovated as far as all the common area a couple years back, however the room I got is with purple bed frame headboard and metal bed frame so I think it’s one of the yet upgraded rooms. That said, the room is comfy and clean, and it comes with a balcony and free access to pool and gym. (Spa is not free for hotel guest, 20 euro per 50 minutes). The breakfast was great and it really couldn’t be more central to Ibiza town.

We had an amazing experience at Vibra Bossa Flow Hotel, the staff was very helpful and warm, we felt like we had no worries during our stay. Everything that we needed we always asked first at the reception and magically it was resolved, for example: we wanted to rent a car and asked if they know a company from we should rent and in few minutes it was resolved, they called a company, they picked us to go to the car company and done, we had the car. All the days when we needed a taxi, the staff from the reception were calling taxi for us and in less than 1 minute the taxi was there. We enjoyed the pool, which I think is more than enough for how many people were in the hotel at that point. We opted for breakfast and it was various in the types of food. The rooms might feel a bit small but we felt alright, we spent most of the time in the room just for sleeping. Clean and comfortable beds, the room was cleaned almost daily. We appreciated that we had the option to borrow extra towels for the beach/pool as well as umbrella. Final toughts: We really enjoyed and we would definitely come again if we plan a trip to Ibiza. Location is perfect! They provide a hair dryer, body+hair wash along with body lotion, the gym is small but the view is amazing, good sized sauna, but they only have one hot tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaners were amazing! Would 100% recommend

We were in the hotel for 5 days and our experience was very dissapointing and not what we expected by the advertising of the hotel in social media as is very misleading as nothing is what it looks like. Like the use of roof top in our stay was closed most part of the stay and the breakfast can’t be in upstairs as advertise on social even they say for 35 euros. The pools are very old and ugly. The breakfast choice is very poor for a 5 star hotel and the price you pay. The service is quite poor and rude. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it and I would def no come back

Go to ibiza to experience the music must-have hotel. Face to face with Hard Rock Hotel, the same boss has different styles. Overall wins hard rock. In addition to the public toilet, if the men's 1m7 or so is best not to try, or return to the room is convenient. Fantastic hotel. Really chilled and laid back atmosphere. Check in, the lady on the front desk was a delight. She handled all 13 of us without fuss and made us all feel really welcome despite being a big group 10/10 Rooms, fab, spacious with a mini fridge and good aircon. We overlooked O beach and it was noisy until it finished but I was only in bed earlyish one night. Enjoyed chilling listening to it. Only downsides were the rock hard beds and only 2 blankets but asked for more 9/10 Staff, amazing, Carlos is so lovely and he treated us all really well as did the lovely lad at breakfast and the young girl at the bar (I forgot their names sorry) Breakfast and other food in the day, amazing, great choice, try the ole burger and club sandwich (lush) . The food at the bar was reasonably priced as was the alcohol 10/10 Pool area, fab, always got a bed and there were plenty spare, pool towels are provided in your room. We could hear the music from O beach and loved it. It’s really chilled out round the pool and there’s a stunning view of the harbour from the fence. Pool not too cold, was welcome with a hangover. You can nosey at what’s going on at O beach from the fence if you don’t fancy going over. Free entertainment with the hotel though so nice to just pop in for an hour or so. 10/10 There wasn’t a late check out room available but the shower in the toilets at the pool area was decent and you can lock it from the inside. They were happy to provide a clean towel. Will absolutely be returning to this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

I stayed here with friends and we were not disappointed. The apartments are spacious as well as the balconies. Fantastic sea view from balconies and from around the pool. Hotel is around €15 euro in a taxi from the airport. Takes around 15 mins max to get to the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels refreshed. DJ around the pool in the daytime with loud music which was great for us. The bar staff around the pool don’t have a sense of urgency and work slowly, more often than not, queues at the bar. Quite frustrating. The hotel attracts a lot of groups who play quite loud music in their rooms. This was not an issue for us in normal hours however, at 4am onwards this is an issue. Some groups did not sleep and played music all night. This would be an issue for families however, it’s sold as a vibe/party hotel. Breakfast, poor for a 4 star. Not a vast selection, I’d say the bare minimum. I would come back to this hotel, wouldn’t be bothered for the breakfast, but everything else yes!

Impeccable hotel, the first room had displeased us facing the air conditioning network at the reception we changed it without problem. The meals are varied. Only downside lack of deckchair for everyone. Very attentive bar staff
