Choose because of location. Disapointing restaurant cloosed but staff were amazing. Sarah and Pauk both helpful in resolving issue with our booking as bokked through online and wrong dates was fixed and upgraded

The hotel is very good, stayed for two months. Gungahlin life is very convenient, nearby Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Bunning Warehouse, Kmart, BigW supermarket, shopping is convenient. There is also a light rail and convenient transportation. There is also a lake with ducks, black swans, and beautiful natural scenery. Love Gungahlin here. Very basic budget accommodation, just good enough for spending one night. I arrived late, there was one computer in the main entrance to check in, no signs indicating that it was the computer to check in and out. For the check out the drop off box for depositing the keycard is not signalled and small, the carpets on the G floor are dirty. The shared bathroom was clean, only 2 cubicles for shower and 2 for toilet . The room was clean. No kettle, mini fridge. The smart tv wasn’t really smart, there’s no way to make it work. Location was good, plenty of free car park.

Nice leafy quiet street. Close to light rail. Good secure parking. Reception staff efficient. You can walk to Dickson or Civic if you have a spare 20 mins. Room we had was quite small (especially the shower) so not good for larger people. Beds comfy, but we did not like the pillows (there was only one option). Limited facilities (café downstairs seemed to only make coffee). But as we chose it for its price, quietness and location it met our needs well and overall we would stay again.

Nice hotel. The decoration is not luxurious but has everything. The design of the atrium and the sky is a bit like a miniature version of Jin Mao Hyatt. The living room is relatively small, and there is not much space to open the sofa bed, but it has its own kitchen and washing machine, which is very convenient for cooking. The bathroom is very big, but the downside is that the bathtub is not slip-resistant and slips easily. The bedroom is very quiet, the balcony glass sliding door is very thick, and the sound insulation is excellent. Parking is quite convenient (to be charged separately), the hotel has not many parking spaces, but you can park in the airport parking lot a step away.

I had to attend a funeral in Canberra and a friend recommended this YMCA (Leumeah Lodge) in suburb of Nicholls, handy to that side of the city off the Barton Highway. This accommodation is very new. If your GPS is old, then No. 48 is not on it! It is located opposite McDonalds and behind KFC. It is lovely, spotless, nicely appointed with very helpful, friendly Reception staff. There are 58 (differing) and all non-smoking, rooms to suit most, including bunkbed rooms used by school groups. As a single, I chose the ”Queen” perfectly adequate for a couple - the room, bathroom and shower all spacious, with toiletries and hair dryer provided; the double bed was very comfortable. Air Conditioning and WiFi available with a wall mounted TV, tea/coffee bags & a kettle. There are dining facilities only for Groups but you can order a Breakfast Box the night before from Reception. Parking is available. This Lodge is far superior to many hotels I've stayed in and the cost far less! It was amazingly quiet overnight (a Thursday). I recommend this accommodation.

Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was really comfortable but the pillow was too hard and lumpy. I really don't like the duvet only on top of the bed. Why isn't a top sheet used any more? The pool, sauna and club facilities were awesome. Great access to the lake for walks too. Parking isn't free. We used the 3 hours free section.

Everything is good, but one thing is not good, the sound insulation is not good, just in time for the construction outside the hotel, the construction site is just facing my window, and I have been working since six o'clock in the morning, my god! so loud that I don't want it

Upon arrival we were aware that no car parking was at the hotel, which is a little frustrating but workable. Dropped our bags off and went to park the car which was about a 10 walk at 9pm during winter, to say it was fresh understates it. Back at the hotel I went to check in and only 1 person on and surprisingly at that time it was very busy, so the wait time to get to the room was considerable. Having said that though the staff on were very pleasant and helped store the bags until we got back from parking the car. The room itself was nice and even though it was situated on a busy section of Canberra was nice and quiet. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was fine. Had no issues with check out. Possible things that maybe they could look at is Valet parking or similar as well as maybe working with a local food place to supply meals, just a thought.
