There were no towels in the room, so I told them to leave them so they could come in when I wasn't there, but when I went out, there were no towels. When I inquired, the staff said they were busy. He then gave me a handkerchief and a small towel. The water smells and the towels are dirty. Employees do not know information about the restaurant

Everything was so convenient and close to the hotel. Very safe as well. I liked the fact you can do the Covid test within the hotel and it’s super quick.

The room is big, but you can't see anything from the second floor of the bay view room. The sea view is good from the third floor and above of the sea view room, with a large balcony. Food and drink are all included, but it's okay if the requirements are not too high. The beach bar is very good, the Japanese restaurant is not good, not even Wa*****, and the Rib Eye in the steakhouse is great. If you have money, you should live in a high-end hotel. If you want to save money, this hotel has a good price-quality ratio and is cheap!

Very ugly pillows. You do not rest. Few rounds on the beach to offer drinks. Generally good.

I liked the hotel although it is small and some restaurants were closed it was good, the breakfast is not that rich but the snacks and dinner are delicious, the service from all the staff is excellent, highlighting Martin from bellboy, Moisés and Fermín from the bar from the pool, incredible!

Friendly front desk / Good sea view / There are several restaurants, but there are not many of them open in the morning and afternoon, so there are few options / It wasn't too uncomfortable because I didn't expect much because the building was old / Hot water worked well / Cost-effective all-inclusive /

Let’s talk about the good things first: 1. Good value for money 2. Good location 3. The service of some employees is okay Then I complained about the bad things: 1. There was a problem with the air conditioning and the temperature never went down. Later, I changed the room and it improved. However, the first time the front desk asked me to check out at 11 o'clock and check in at 2 o'clock, which was completely inappropriate. It's their problem to think about 2. The new room was actually opened to other tourists the day after I checked in. They opened the door and came in while I was still sleeping. Then I called the front desk without a single apology. 3. I was told to ask for a bracelet when checking out, otherwise I would be fined 100. I didn’t explain it clearly when I checked in. Later I went back to the room to find it myself. 4. The food quality needs to be improved and the freshness is not enough. 5. The overall service awareness of employees is very average This is the worst stay experience I have ever had. If you don’t care about the experience and just want to enjoy the sea and beach, then you can stay. Otherwise, I advise you to choose other hotels.

If you're expecting a superlative five-star hotel, you might be disappointed, but if you can book at an all-inclusive and cheap price, you'll be very happy. The air conditioning and facilities in the lobby felt old-fashioned, and the Wi-Fi was weak at times, but the location, pool, and beach view made up for it.

Amazing location, close enough to walk to some great shops and restaurants. Food is a good quality with plenty of choice. There are a few minor decor improvements needed which can be seen if you look for them but the place is immaculately clean. The thing that really makes it worth 5 is the staff, they are attentive without hovering over you and they really make you feel welcome.

2nd time visitors. We had a nice time, stayed for 9 days. STAFF IS 10 OUT OF 10. OSCAR and MOISES!!!!!! we love you..thank you Gama, Marco and Carlos.. The place is kept clean and tidy. Cons, the place is in serious need of renovations. Leaks everywhere in the common areas. Lack of A/C in the entire resort. Bathroom by the pool broken faucet. FOOD, taste ok but the same exact thing for bkfast and lunch everyday, very limited. One day we were served a special lunch by the pool. If they renovate we might revisit but. If not we will not return. 😕 M

Your kind words truly motivate our team! We appreciate your honesty regarding the areas that need improvement, such as the renovations, leaks, and A/C. Rest assured, we take these concerns seriously and are continually working to improve our facilities. We also note your feedback on the variety of the food, and we’ll review this to enhance our dining options. We hope you’ll consider visiting us again in the future, especially if we implement the changes you’ve suggested. Warm regards, Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa

Hotel Review: Golden Parnassus Hotel My recent stay at the Golden Parnassus Hotel was a mix of both positive and disappointing experiences. Having fond memories from a visit in 2008, I was saddened to see how much the hotel has declined over the years. Reception and Service: The reception staff left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we had to wait until the receptionist was ready to assist us, which was frustrating after a long journey. However, the bar staff—Edith, Carmen, Gloria, Moses, Fermin, and Maribel—were fantastic. Their friendly and efficient service made our time at the bar enjoyable and stood out as a highlight of our stay. Hotel Condition: The hotel itself is now quite run down, a far cry from the vibrant and well-maintained property it once was. Our room had a noticeable damp smell, seemingly coming from the air conditioning unit. This issue wasn't confined to our room; the break-out areas lacked air conditioning altogether, making it difficult to cool down after being outside in the heat. Dining Options: The dining options were also disappointing. Only two restaurants were open at night, both offering the same limited menu each evening. The Steak Barn, which used to be a highlight of the stay, was only open two nights a week, again with the same menu. Variety and quality in dining seem to have taken a backseat, which was a let down. Facilities and Entertainment: Upon arrival, one of the lifts was out of order, and we had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. Though the lift was eventually fixed, only one remained operational, leading to long waits as it was shared by guests and staff with large trolleys. The entertainment was also lacking, with the Galaxy show area closed. While the hotel attempted to provide nightly entertainment in the lobby bar, it mostly consisted of repetitive dance shows, with a Mexican band performing only on theme night. Karaoke was available on some nights in the Sixty's Music Bar, but this venue is in desperate need of a refit—the floor looks like it was last updated in the sixties! Atmosphere: One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of proper ventilation, particularly on the Mexican themed night. The smoke was overwhelming, and I initially thought there was a fire. I genuinely felt sorry for the guests and staff who have to eat and work in such conditions. Conclusion: In summary, while we still managed to have a good time, the Golden Parnassus Hotel has many issues that need to be addressed. From the unwelcoming reception and run-down facilities to the lack of dining variety and poor ventilation, it's clear that this once-great hotel has significantly declined. I sincerely hope that management takes these concerns seriously and works to restore the property to its former glory.
Response from Property: We appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations. Rest assured, we are taking immediate measures to rectify the issues you encountered.

Staff is awesome thats it!!. Spend your money some place else. I would rather stay at a Oasis resort before this place again. Last couple of days electric being on and off from 8 to 16 hours. No other resort around having any electricity issues. We had to leave the resort to go eat.

Though the rooms and outside area’s and restaurants where clean, it is a very tired hotel, in need of renovation, to bring it up to standard. Breakfast and lunch was fantastic. Only 3 restaurants, not 4. Strange combinations at Sumo, mash with Japanese food ? Pier 12 never had full menu choices. Old Barn, steak was more fat than meat, only fries or baked potato as sides, no salad. No nightly entertainment either . Buckets in lobby when it rained , no garden bar as advertised.
