Hotels in Cancun

"The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes."

"Suitable for a one or two night stay, the room is small and the bathroom is cramped. The basic facilities are complete and clean. The location is convenient, there is a supermarket and convenience store downstairs, and there is a one-day tour counter in the lobby. There is a gas station in the mall opposite, a car rental company next to it, and the surrounding restaurants are also very good. But it is still quite far to the beach, and it costs nearly 100 RMB to take a taxi"

"The hostel was good. Location was good too just opposite to the ADO bus station. The only problem was that the common area is open for limited hours. So if you are a digital nomad and need to attend meeting.. Then it is a problem. However, all the receptionists were good and friendly :)"

"Hotel has a good location; walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket; close to ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres. Room is simple, a bit old but spacious. Our room doesn’t hav a view unfortunately. Overall a gd stay and value for money."

"It not in the center of the city or in the hotel zone. No public transportation there. Taxi is expensive. They wanted 300 peso/person from ADO Cancun station. Petty pricey. No Uber either. Going to airport, luckily there is Uber. Cheaper than taxi which is about 350 peso. Checking in was lengthy. Cube was abit cold for me even temperature was hike up to the highest. They ask to pay tax and fee again. Even though clearly in my booking it stated tax and fee included. Opportunity to charge more. Didn't want to and too tired to argue. Cube is clean. Locker and cube locked out once. Have to get them to reset. Breakfast okay. Thanks"

"The room is large, the staff is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. It is very suitable for those who have booked a tour. It is in the city and close to the airport. It seems to have been simply renovated. The hygiene is good. The bed is very large, it seems to be 2 meters. It is especially good for a family of three to stay"

"We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights . Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good . Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect . Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good ."

"The service is very good, the room is clean, but in Latin America, you need to get toothbrush and toothpaste by yourself and the front desk. Great value for money. Restaurant prices are a little high, but delicious. The taste is good, and the cost of a dinner for two is about 300 US dollars"

"Decent hostel, bed with curtain, located in good location near the bus terminal. The staff are friendly. There is a kitchen available. Pretty happy with the place"

"Unfortunately this time the room was not clean, the bed had stains and hair, they moved me to another room and once again when I checked the bed it was dirty with sheets with hair on it, finally they changed me to a third room and if you can guess more hair on the sheets in the room bed, all supervised by hotel staff, in the end the manager on reception duty came himself with a room lady to change the sheets and bedding in the first room he had, if you stay here check your bed carefully because 3 Rooms with dirty sheets leave much to be desired."
