Great experience and friendly staff members! Great location for a good price.

Food was very good and plentiful. We had a problem with the location of our room and they gave us a super upgrade at N/C. They were very helpful at the check-in desk. I'd go back.

Always great time. Very intimate but perfect

We, 4 of us, stayed in Cancun Bay Resort for 2 nights only. Originally, we planned to stay there for a total of 5 days. But we did not extend our stay in this hotel. Honestly, the location is not ideal, as the beach is small and not swimmable. This all-inclusive resort does not provide variety of food, and the quality of the food is no good. We do not see some fresh seefood during our stay there. I would not recommend my friends to this hotel for vacation.

check-in時會派一張紙，內裏寫有Snacks提供，每日時間下午直至6:00 pm ，第一日5:00去問snacks 回覆沒有提供，第二日5:00 再去問，拒絕我們進入，及回覆因為要準備dinner ，強烈拒絕 不會為客人準備snacks ，最後要向大堂經理反映最後才得到提供，是漢堡包薯條熱狗之類嘅東西，房間是有兩級樓梯進入睡房，如果行動不便的要謹慎考慮！cafe不同時間會提供不同食物，Japan food is no good , 訂不到並不可惜，泳池景觀不夠美麗！

The items in the buffet are relatively fresh. The beach does not seem to be under the management of the hotel, and there is an extra charge on the beach. It is best to hide in the hotel. Water activities on the beach will be mandatory to tip $20, and $60 for 6 photos. It is charged by a Korean 🤏, and he will not force it if he tells him that he is Chinese. This place it’s a magical spot. It’s a small resort but the staff it’s super friendly and attentive. Alejandro the waiter from the Pina restaurant is simply the best. Alway attentive to my family’s needs. Always friendly and very welcoming. I definitely will like to come back and enjoy again with this wonderful people.

This hotel was incredible!! If you’re looking for a small place with great staff, great food and easy access to to the beach this is it! Absolutely loved out stay and will plan to come back! All the staff were friendly and the food options were great!

It was a very nice and pleasant stay. The hotel is very beautiful, with amazing food, super tasty and varied. I need to say that waitress Gabriela is the best as she is super nice, is always smiling and very good professional. The entertainer guy, Ivan is super good at his job, he is very engaging and funny. The activities during the say are very cool! The bartender guy at the pool bar, Alejandro is very funny and is always smiling. Really liked his personality. Lastly, the caracol travel promoters are super helpful and have great deals for the xcaret tours. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, definitely recommend and would come back again! :)

We had a great time lots of fun rooms were clean staff was very helpful well maintain surrounding Birthday and retirement celebration nightly entertainment Moving around was easy we took the bus to visit one of the mall and Walmart It was our first visit to Cancun will surely visit again.
