This hotel is opposite to the 7th district in Cancun. It is very clean and tidy, mainly because it is cheaper. Renting a car by yourself is not a 7th annex hotel, because it is too expensive

hotel was simple, small, clean and safe. Inexpensive location to spend the night. very limited amenities but the rooms were clean, a/c and hot water worked fine. Best if mobile  as limited dining options close by. limited English.

Located in the center and very functional to work although a little far from the beach
