Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

I prefer the dolphin room. Standing on the balcony, you can see the dolphins interacting with tourists downstairs, and you can also see the swimming pool and the sea. The scenery is beautiful. Except for children, the adult building is not allowed to stay. It just has the benefit of an infinity pool. Other facilities and restaurants still have to be included. Tourists share that the restaurant is generally delicious except for the Teppanyaki, and it is suitable for sleeping in the hotel and taking children on vacation.
