Pousada aconchegante. Próximo a catedral de pedra. Rouparia nova e fofinha. Café da manhã simples mas com itens suficientes para iniciar bem o dia de passeios, Funcionários solicitos, prestativos, simpáticos e educados, agradecemos em especial aos recepcionistas Maurício e Cristiane que foram super atenciosos as nossas solicitações. Adoramos tanto o local que estendemos a hospedagem para mais dois dias. Água do chuveiro super quente. Pretendemos retornar ao destino e ficar na Hotel pousada Alto da Serra, nos sentimos em casa. Obgda a toda equipe!

Hotel ótimo, muito bem localizado, a duas quadras do principal ponto turístico de canela. Café da manhã simples mas completo. Funcionários super educados e simpáticos. Fiquei hospedada em um dos chalés e achei super confortável e espaçoso. Com certeza recomendaria.

Hotel bem localizado na região, próximo a avenida principal, local aconchegante, acomodação limpa e organizada, equipe da recepção (Sr. Maurício nos forneceu várias informações que viabilizou nossa estadia na cidade), limpeza e copa são eficientes, dedicados, educados e simpáticos.... Café da manhã variado... Super recomendo !!!!
