We recently stayed at hotel Cerere for our wedding holiday with family and friends.. we came twice... before an after the wedding and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience. the service was impeccable and every staff member we encountered was courteous and attentive. there receptionist were especially amazing. they were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. their exceptional service truly enhanced our stay. The restaurant team also deserve to be mentioned as they were always attentive and ready to serve with a big smile and great professionality. we highly recommend this hotel for any occasion and we will definitely come back. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana nel mese di agosto: Per quanto riguarda le 4 stelle sono sicuramente da rivedere, gli spazi sono ampi ma si nota subito che c'è bisogno di manutenzione; troppe cose trascurate ad esempio la piscina con delle brocche da cui fuoriesce acqua sono rotte cosa ci vuole a sistemarle? Un posto del genere necessita di più personale e di innovazione, per non parlare della colazione nulla di tipico visto il territorio mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di meglio. La sala dove si cena, un luogo angusto senza finestre con una TV che ci vuole il binocolo per vederla. Meno male che il personale è gentile specialmente i camerieri che purtroppo soffrono di scelte non mirate a attirare clienti ma ad allontanarli. Consiglio: assumete e spendete soldi per la manutenzione come risistemare il cancello caduto nell'entrata del parcheggio, e riparare le ruote del carrello portabagagli, ma soprattutto innovate se volete mantenere le 4 stelle.

Trovare una cosa negativa circa questa esperienza mi è davvero difficile. I miei complimenti per l'igiene, i ragazzi in sala (educati, gentili, dispinibili,rispettosi...), la direzione, ma soprattutto a GIACOMO e MONICA per la loro splendida compagnia. I spent 3 nights in the hotel on a wine-tasting holiday. The facilities were excellent, the staff helpful and the rooms spacious. The beach club was very nice and the food lovely. My only criticism is that we asked for a twin room as we were 2 acquaintances sharing, and we were put in a room with a very large bed and a cot bed. The hotel should have some rooms with 2 x double beds.
