Honestly shocking service from this hotel, it was a struggle to get my laundry done. Hotel room wasn’t ready on check in at 2:30pm. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Pretty good experience in this hotel! Very good location! The views and rooftop are the highlights for sure! Magic 360* view on all the city and table mountain, great for sun set drinks! The pool looks great (same bar rooftop) but it was closed to public, not sure why. The bedroom was large and comfortable, very quiet except for the strong wind that night. Decent breakfast. For dinner, same restaurant than breakfast, it was delicious but you can’t get room service, it’s based on self pickups. We asked for more water delivery, never came. The reception man was not so friendly but the rest of the staff was super nice!

The hotel facilities are very new and nice, but the price is so expensive, the price of a domestic five-star hotel, but there are no free slippers 😅

Modern hotel centrally located, roof terrace bar with a view of Table Mountain. The pool is also on the roof. The breakfast was excellent, egg dishes of your choice are freshly prepared, the extensive buffet leaves nothing to be desired.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Nothing works! The key to access the room, the telephone to call the reception. Furthermore the toilet is dirty and the drain of shower clogged. I really do NOT recommend you to stay here an only night! The experience is sinister!

Loved this hotel! Great location, fresh and clean, lovely rooms, food was good and brilliant service from super staff. With a pool and bar on the top floor looking out over the bay, what more could you want? Great option for a few nights stay in Cape Town.

Absolutely pathetic. Drain blocked, reported every day....only repaired after day 3. Breakfast service bad, food stations out for extended periods and does not get replaced after several requests and poor food preparation. Will never stay there again!

Clean hotel, good food at v&v But disappointing housekeeping..we were 3 adults and everyday we had to ask them to replenish towels, tea, milk, water in room that they did very grudgingly. One expects the basics to be in place The front desk staff some helpful, but mostly bored looking and not warm and approachable. Many restaurants around but safety is a huge concern especially after dark Overall an average experience

We arrived very early at this hotel and the staff was amazing. Maurisio at the counter was especially friendly and helped us find a room quickly as we were extremely jet-lagged. The hotel was very comfortable with an ample breakfast and great value for money. The location is excellent; you can walk to Bo-Kaap, to Greenmarket and ubers are readily available. The pool area offers beautiful views, although the water is freezing. Highly recommend for those people who will be out all day but need a comfortable place to stay.

I arrived at the restaurant at 15H00 and placed an order. The food came at 16:45. When it arrived it was old and cold . The restaurant wasn’t busy and the waitress did not explain the cause of a delay . I asked for the manager but it no one was to be found until later . I explain the situation but she didn’t give me the straight answer. I refused to pay for the old food that they served me. which I ended up not eating and left with an empty stomach. I’m not happy and my company wasn’t satisfied at all. What hurts is that both managers did not care about and didn’t resolve the matter all they wanted was the money. I have been coming to this restaurant for a while I had never experienced such poor service I left the place angry and dissatisfied

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location! This was the first hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The room had a wonderful view of Lions head, the rooftop bar was a great place to relax with beautiful 360 views and great choice of food and drinks. This hotel is a short walk to the waterfront and the hop on hop off bus stop on Long street - perfect for getting to the best places! The staff were attentive and professional, Misa, Siya and Amazement were all extra helpful during our stay. We can't wait to return one day. Thanks for making our trip to Cape Town so memorable!

The hotel was clean and comfortable in a good location, just a short taxi ride to the waterfront. We were on the first floor (apparently fully booked so no rooms with a view available) so no view of table mountain but we could see a homeless camp on the road opposite. Cape Town is a beautiful city but there is a lot of poverty and you need to take care. The rooftop bar has incredible views and great cocktails although the food was of the ‘deep fried’ variety. Overall, it was good value for money,

We booked an executive room. Terrible. Just below the hotelbar. Causing nuisance in the night (loud music) and in the morning (cleaning and moving chairs and tables). On top of that the fire alarm went of for no reason. Climbing 12 floors. No assistance whatsoever. On our request we moved to another, cheaper room. Anything for our rest. We were confirmed to receive the price difference after our stay. It is April no. Still waiting for that refund. No one answers emails or reacts on calls. Really bad customer service.

When we arrived we were met by what seemed to be a human acting as a robot, or perhaps it was vice versa. No greeting, not even a smile, just an announcement of the times and specifics for restaurant opening hours. Really? Yes, really. Bizarrely, when we checked out it was once again a matter of fact announcement about the bill to be paid. No thank you, no did you enjoy your stay at no farewell see you next time. Amid those experiences the food was nice, the room was comfortable and the service staff helpful. Next time, we'll try somewhere different.
