Capri Tiberio Palace

There are hotels, there are luxury hotels, and then there is the Capri Tiberio Palace. In all my travels, I can honestly say that I’ve never felt better treated or more welcome that at the Capri Tiberio Palace, a true palace in every sense. They go out of their way to make every guest feel like they are a king and queen. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is extremely attentive to all your needs, and if I could give them a 10 star, I would. From the front desk, to the concierge, to all the staff, all 5 Diamond quality. And then there’s Elena-Daniela Carp, the restaurant manager. I cannot say enough what an amazing person she is. I arrived to Capri a bit late due to some train lines running very late to Napoli. I missed my scheduled Ferry and the restaurant usually stops serving at 9:45pm. When I arrived around 10:15pm and they saw how tired and hungry I was, they called up to the restaurant, and they reopened the kitchen to make sure I was fed. Throughout my stay here, Elena has showed what true 1st Class Service is all about. They always say, it’s all about how they made you feel that you’ll remember the most, and Elena and the front desk staff made me feel like I’m special. And they treat every guest like this. I cannot wait to return to Capri next Spring or Summer. There is no place else I would even think to stay but here. Cheers!
Luxury Villa Excelsior

Amazing hotel. We stay in a lot of hotels around the world, and this has to be one of the most outstanding, service wise we have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble. But it is the little things that make the Parco stand out. The staff never once asked for our room number etc, they knew it. We were always greeted by name and every time we arrived back at the hotel, someone would come out to greet us. The level of care and customer service, always offering a bottle of water as we left the hotel, advice on things to do, arranging tours, ferry, restaurant bookings, help etc. On top of the staff, the amenities were lovely, presented in a beautiful box, more of the extra touches that make the difference. There was no extra charges for a 6 am coffee, delivering breakfast to your room, water bottles etc. Leaving this hotel was like sadly saying goodbye to family. We just loved it and are already planning on travelling back next year from Australia. The only negative if I had to say one is the location is not ideal, situated half way between main ferry port and hilltop town of Capri, but with car on hand 24/7 to drive you anywhere, and the rest of the amazing positives about the hotel, this is by no means an issue, just something to keep in mind if you look past this hotel because of where it is situated. A very special thanks to the lovely Gabby who went above and beyond to make our stay special and Buddika for being our personal chauffeur around the island, as well as the rest of the team at the Excelsior Parco - Gaia and Stefano.
Hotel Punta Tragara
4.4/545 Reviews
This is truly a magical hotel. The lobby and building itself are remarkable. The room we had which was a junior suite, was huge and had the largest terrace/ deck I have ever had at a hotel with beautiful sea views and mountain vista. The service was excellent from top to bottom. The pool area is beautiful, and the breakfast is hard to beat, for the service, selection and certainly the view. If you call for room service, it comes almost immediately. Drinks and food are expensive but on par with what you would expect at a 5 Star resort, which this is. The Spa and Gym are underwhelming, but serviceable. The staff are all happy to help in any and every way imaginable. The only thing I would note, and to us it was a good thing, Punta Tragara is big walk to everything. It is at least a 10 minute walk to the main part of the town. We enjoyed the walk, it is gorgeous and interesting as well as scenic. It also takes away part of the downside of Capri which are the crowds. We found the isolation to be a HUGE positive, but if walking is an issue this may not be the place for you. There were just so many small and wonderful touches, and I can't wait to return! Grazie!
Villa Marina Capri Hotel & Spa

Villa Marina is a sprawling resort on the world's swankiest island, Capri. With a hilltop setting, the property enjoys spectacular views of the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi coast. The perks of the Villa include: beautiful & romantic landscapes, gorgeous sea views, heated swimming pool, solarium deck, tantalizing culinary features, a chic spa, well equipped gym and world class hospitality. Rooms at the Villa vary in decor, having either a sea or garden view and are named after famous artists. I relished my Sea View suite with neutral color palette and floor to ceiling sliding doors. The bathroom was sleek with features like vessel sink and rain showerheads. The prize amenity was the furnished terrace with sea views. The Ziqu Restaurant and Terrace of the hotel gets top marks for it's Mediterranean/Caprese styled menu. I greatly enjoyed a mixed Pasta Dish with cauliflower, lime, and crispy panko bread. For my sweet tooth, I gobbled up some Coconut Ice Cream and Parfait with Mango and Passion Fruit Sauce.....equally enjoyable. So, if you seek a romantic ambience to your hotel staycation.............then try the ..............Villa Marina Capri.........Feels Like a Home Away From Home.
