Recientemente tuve el placer de alojarme en este hotel y puedo decir sin duda que superó mis expectativas. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están estrictamente de acuerdo con las imágenes que se presentan en su sitio web. Al entrar, me sentí inmediatamente acogido y ambiente agradable y bien decorada, que ofrece comodidad perfecto para relajarse después de un día de exploración.

Very clean hotel, updated rooms and bathrooms, the pool is nice but it’s smaller, but the ocean is a block away, the breakfast is decent, the workers there are great and very welcoming, the location is great it is right next to everything, coffee, spa, surf shops, a bunch of great places to eat, ATV rentals, it’s a really cool place to be for a couple days with 1-3 people!

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. All the staff from the general manger to housekeeping were nice and accommodating. The water pressure needs a little help, but other than that, we were very happy with our stay. P.S Try the pool out. The water was nice and cool. Perfect temperature.

This is a classy hotel which is decorated with flair and imagination. It’s a beautiful experience, aided by helpful staff. Unfortunately it’s not totally practical especially as there is no table in the room at which to work, just an ill-lit bench. We had to drag the outside chairs inside so we had somewhere to sit while using laptops. The breakfast room is lovely and the food is good too. They will cook eggs as required. The view is wonderful and it’s a delight to wander outside. The Old Town is only a short walk away, with its many shops and cafes. The wi-fi works well. The bathroom is very good, with a walk-in shower. This is a good hotel for travellers with mobility issues though I write as a person with arthritis who uses a walking stick not a wheelchair. I couldn’t get the safe to work and although there is a kettle, there were no supplies.

Hôtel très bien placé près des plages ! Confortable et calme , personnel et patron très accueillant ! Petit déjeuner excellent ! Pour la restauration descendre à la plage le 1 er restaurant est de très bonne qualité a des prix très abordables !

The hotel is just off the main near to major restaurants like The Bakery. The room I stayed in had a view of the ocean and a comfortable viewing area. The hotel also has a hot pool and a swimming pool. It is close close to Playa Carmen. It is quite nice!

Todo súper bien, cero publicidad engañosa, excelente comida y una maravillosa estadía con gente muy amable. Cabe resaltar que la piscina es súper bonita y cómoda para el espacio al igual que las sillas de estar alrededor de está, nos vamos con una excelente experiencia en familia.
