The pool and sun terrace area are stunning and there is plenty of space around so as not to be crowded even in summer. Everything was spotlessly clean.
The service is great at reception and in the bar and restaurant area. The only negative is the lack of bars in the immediate vicinity.

We booked 7 nights at the end of August. The truth is that the experience has been very good. A spacious, clean, comfortable room with excellent views of the pool and the Mar Menor.
We took Full Board and were pleasantly surprised both by its variety and by the price of the drinks.
The pools they have are excellent, with temperatures that seem heated, free Balinese beds and two jacuzzis at the foot of the pools, also free. You have both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean just 100 meters away and with a huge beach, without crowds.
The only but that I would put, would be that 15 euros/day of parking seems excessive to me.

Réservation faite pour 1 nuit, nous y sommes restés finalement 3 nuits. L'emplacement à la manga est beau. Nous avions une chambre avec une terrasse qui donnait sur la mare menor et sur la méditerranée. La chambre était de bonne taille, la literie parfaite et côté propreté ça allait. J'ai eu la surprise pour mon anniversaire de trouver dans notre chambre une bouteille de champagne. J'ai particulièrement apprécié ce geste. Merci à Dolores et à toute l'équipe de l'accueil.

Really bad do not go there. So disappointed in don’t even know where to start. Room was not clean dirty cups with humans hair. Too noisy, stuff was bossy sit there dont sit there do this don’t do that i felt like in army not on holiday with waiter commanding me how to move where to sit and how to eat . I paid 20 euros for dinner and i couldn’t even have a cup of coffee with my dessert as i always like to do. On breakfast there was no fresh salad at all only cooked food. Really old and needs renovation. Gym is a joke there is no equipment. Horrible not going back there again. One star maximum definitely far from 4 stars. Outdated and overpriced!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel début août et il fait partie des hôtels qui ne sont pas bien entretenus en Espagne. La chambre n’était pas très propre. La robinetterie est vétuste et le mobilier ancien. Cependant, la vue était exceptionnelle et la chambre spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas très varié et qualitatif. Le Personnel a été gentil.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are large with a nice balcony. A renovation could do a lot. Even if it says Its a 4 star hotel, it doesnt have 4 star facilities. We only had breakfast included. The breakfast is the worse I have tried for many years. The buffet has it all. But the quality is really really bad. Less would be great if the hotel then served better quality. Most of the staff dont speak English. Staff in reception speak English. The pool area is amazing. Large pool. Lots of sunbeds. There are activities organized by the hotel like aqua gym. The location of the hotel I guess is in the bad end of La Manga. All the restaurants in the area are bad or looks bad. In the direction of the Faro de El Estacio the area gets better and we found better restaurants. In generel we recommend a stay at La Manga for only 2-3 nights.

Had a wonderful stay, nice hotel, lovely staff except from one I guess?) BUT -I forgot my AirPods Pro in the hurry of leaving. We payed 50e extra for late check out (crazy price?). I followed my AirPods on FindMy, and they went from the hotel to this address: Calle Tetuan 53, 30360 La Union, Murcia, Spain, a few hours after leaving the hotel, and they are still there. (A village I’ve never been to and an about a 20 min drive from the hotel). The staff are not willing to even check who of their employees might live at this address. I have contacted the general customer service and will file a police report (even if it’s a petty nothing compared to other things). I recommend everybody to use the safe at this hotel and don’t trust the personnel at this point. I might change my mind with time, but I am deeply disappointed with the lack of trying to figure out if they are having unfaithful employees at work.
