So nice hotel

The Hyatt Regent in Cartagena is by far the hotel with the lowest value for money, average service, and the least personalized elements from the lobby to the guest rooms. Compared with the Hyatt Regent in Shanghai, it is simply not raised by the same parents. The hotel has no luggage service, and the lobby, restaurant, and hotel public areas are extremely inconsistent with a five-star hotel. If you come to Cartagena, it is recommended to stay in an authentic ancient city with many choices. Would not recommend Hyatt if there are no other options.

The breakfast at Regency Club is pretty good, it’s less crowded and quiet. The service staff are friendly, but their English skills are a little bit poor and can meet basic communication needs. The room was overall good, clean and hygienic. I went to the swimming pool on the 14th floor. Because the weather was bad, it was almost reserved. The only drawback is that since it is the rainy season, whenever it rains heavily, the road in front of the hotel is like a river. There is no drainage system at all and it can only be dried by the sun, which somewhat affects the image of Cartagena as a tourist city.
