The super clean room, a perfect bathroom, reception service and all staff educated and careful. Full breakfast with various fruits, bread and cakes. The best maize cake I ever eaten. In the coffee area you have a truck with healthy products such as lactose-free milk, chia seeds, linse and granola, a wonderful healthy banana cake. I am from Ceará and I want to return to Caruaru in February 2024 and will stay at the hotel.

Hotel um pouco afastado do centro de Caruaru, mas facilita o acesso para as cidades próximas. Como solicitamos um quarto bem silencioso, ficamos hospedados em quartos do meio do prédio, quartos sem janela, a ventilação era praticamente inexistente já que a ventilação era bloqueada no mais era confortável e atendia o básico. O grupo de funcionários sempre muito atenciosos, simpáticos. Café da manha bem servido, com várias opções. Como celíaca sempre encontrei opções de alimentos sem glúten como tapiocas ou bolo de macaxeira. Estacionamento próprio. O hotel também oferece espaço com piscina e se precisar uma pequena área de lazer com churrasqueira e mesa de sinuca. A internet poderia ser um pouco melhor. Preço justo pelo que é oferecido Hotel sem acessibilidade.

We arrived at the hotel yesterday night and by the TripAdvisor application itself. The structure is very good. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is good. But leaves to wish in the quality of the service. We had to ask for the towels to be exchanged, which, at first touching the body, already smells bad, it seems not to dry right or use adding, even though the care, as I said above, leaves to be desired and much. The reception staff seems to be obliged to work, there is no reception, they do not treat us with sympathy, and all seem to be obliged when the service is that the guest is only a object. I believe that the movement should be good, because competition is not there, and some internal staff are not clear about any empathy or at least sympathy, and I never recommend that hotel to friends. I would suggest that the owner give more attention to the quality of the appreciation.

Parking in the open airport. When the hotel is very full one car is in front of the other and we have to leave the vehicle key at the reception so they can get off the site if any other guest needs to get out. The hotel and rooms are excellent cleaning. Breakfast very tasty and varied. Shower is with central heating system and it takes a eternity to warm, a bag that if the person is hurried. Room with great size. I found the daily very expensive in June 2023 for a hotel without entertainment and I found it absurd not to have a freezer in the room for the daily price that was charged and paid.
