Room is clean and nice . However , the towel seems to be yellowish. Continental Breakfast is not bad .

Nice location and staff friendly but the lifts service is limited at peak times

about 15mins walk from cardiff central and located opposite cardiff castle. hotel is clean and bed comfy. only downside is that no bottle water is provided and only cans of sparkliing water provided (for hilton member only). hotel located near the city centre where there are many shops and restaurant. one recommended is the Welsh House where the food is awesome and reasonable to try out welsh food. love the cockles rarebit

Beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff and amenities. We arrived early in the afternoon and although our room wasn’t ready we could store our luggage and they took our number so that they could text when the room came available. On getting to the room the were a few issues such as only one robe was there instead of two and there wasn’t much stock of the tea and coffee etc but one call down to reception and all was rectified quickly :) the only inconvenient issue we had is that the fire alarm went off at 4am and we made our way outside through the fire exits. We were stood in the rain for 10/15 mins with no explanation or presence from the staff as to what was going on. We saw people start to go back into the hotel and only one member of staff was seen by the revolving door and said it was a faulty alarm. We were a little disappointed with the lack of information from the staff and the next morning at breakfast we had overheard that they had been having issues with the fire alarm all day. If we were notified on check in of this issue we may have been more prepared but overall it was a beautiful hotel and we would definitely return 😊

Staff were very helpful , breakfast is good . Location is in city center everything is convenient. I will consider to stay again in next time when I come back.

Very good hotel

The location was great, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, it was a very good stay! 😊 Me and my family enjoyed the stay .

On arrival we were told the room we had booked (castle view) was not available then on closer questioning the room appeared ! In the room the shower gel and conditioner bottles were empty. New ones were sent to the room quickly having requested these from reception. The bathroom extractor fan didn’t work and the bedroom windows were locked closed. The bed was comfy and basic room facilities were adequate. Breakfast was good and checkout was quick. Overall a mediocre experience that could have been improved by a standard room prep and assessment

We booked to stay at the Hilton for our anniversary celebrations. We love Cardiff and the Hilton is centrally positioned and our stay was very good. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and steam room before leaving.

Hotel design was fine. When asked to come and clean the room 3 times they came late evening and did the bare minimum (didn’t even change some towels that we purposedly left on the floor, bins were not emptied and the toilet was not cleaned). They also didn’t give us the code on reception when we checked in to open the parking gate at night (not only to us but also to other customers). Overall not a great experience
