Great location located in Shenzhen Bay Area, just few minutes travel from shenzhen port. We stayed in family room, the room is large and clean. My kid enjoyed playing the dart, and the bedding with monkey characters which was very attractive. There were many choices for breakfast buffet. There were good restaurants surrounded the hotel. Will recommend others to stay here.

A hotel from 2028 has now turned a bit dated with their carpets and bathing area. The drain had some smells. The service from the front desk manager was good-she was attentive to our needs and would offer whatever she’s been approved.

Extended our stay as we were satisfied with the service and all perks.

city view is good. services is good and personalised. room space is good.

Customer service so nice. They even provide salad for supper.

The hotel was incredibly clean with a lovely, natural and green exterior surrounded by trees. This was carried through and into the hotel lobby which was decorated tastefully and the smell around the hotel was divine! The staff were so accommodating and helpful from check in to check out. They helped order taxis, upgraded our room, and gave us recommendations for things to see and do around SZ. They made our stay very welcoming. The room was excellent; so clean and comfortable that we forgot to wake up. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you to everyone at Royce for such a lovely experience. Highly rated!!

I was looking for a hotel near my daughter’s tutoring center and found that many nearby hotels had no windows. I was really shocked. I saw the bright light and very big windows in this hotel room that was only ten minutes away, so I decided to book it for a few days. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will find a very simple and modern design, and there is also a small outdoor garden, which is very elegant. When I checked in at the front desk, I met the very polite manager Wu Shaoguo. He may be the most eye-catching and polite lobby manager I have ever encountered in a domestic five-star hotel. It really gave me a big surprise. Thumbs up! If the boss sees this, he should consider giving the manager a promotion and a raise. When riding the lift. Another surprise is that there are large glass windows for viewing the scenery. The cleanliness of the room is a new five-star hotel standard! The price is less than half! This hotel may be the most cost-effective one in Nanshan District. And not only the room is clean. The sheets and pillows are also perfect, and the quilt is very comfortable. Unlike most hotels that use down quilts, this one is a bit like a silk quilt. Not too hot, not too cold. And the mattress may be a zero-pressure mattress, which is better than the one I have at home. I really don’t want to move. The shampoo and shower liquid in the toilet have a more masculine scent, however. The quality is very good. The small refrigerator in the room had three different bottles of soda. There are multiple bottles of mineral water available in the room, all for free! ! ! In the evening, I also had a bowl of fish soup beef ball noodles as a late night snack, which tasted really good. Everything is arranged with care and is really considerate. There is also a self-service washing machine on one of the floors. I rarely rave about a hotel so highly, but I really can't fault it. Absolutely a perfect hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Shenzhen. I highly recommend it.

As soon as I stepped into this hotel, I was attracted by its elegant environment. The lobby is decorated exquisitely and the rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. The bedding is of high quality, and I feel particularly at ease sleeping. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are complete and high-quality. Moreover, waiter A is kind and friendly, available at any time, and provides a lot of thoughtful help. Every moment spent here is very pleasant, and I really praise it!
