So frendly so welcom. All togheter 100/100 Can't ask for more in this beautiful place. The hotel was perfect.. The room, the breakfast, the service, the smile While giving us service. And the view. When you come to this place you shuld stay in this hotel. Only 10 min Walk to the west Gate (this Gate has no trafic at all) The hotel took us all over. Again.. Perfect

Absolutely amazing stay. Felt like we were staying with a family but with super modern and well furnished hotel rooms. The dogs were fantastic company. Nothing was beyond the calling. Food was amazing throughout - customized to our needs. Cannot go wrong with this property. Nice hike right next to the property along the river - the dogs will guide u on it. Amazing stay.

Best hotel from my experience Very very warm hospitality, all staffs are great. All of them have best service minds. The location is very closed to Zhangjiajia west gate, enter from this gate, you could safe lots of time from queues

This hidden jewel is a unique example for customer service. We, as a couple from Germany, but living in Shanghai, did this Zhangjiajie trip by our own. Without the support from the hotel staff, the trip to the parks and sightseeing points would not have been possible for us. They booked all the itinerary and tickets for us in advance.
