Great location surrounded by popular area and nice food. Easy and clear check in procedure. Room is also nice and tidy.

Room is small. No hanger in shower place. Helpful staffs.

Good location. Breakfast is worse than I expected but they still provide it for free.

Pros: near JR station around 7 minutes’ walking distance. Separate toilet, shower and washing area with sufficient space. Clean and tidy, make up room every day (now many Japan hotels only do this every 3 days), self check in/check out counter very easy and quick. Cons: no kettle, no cups provided, you have to go to reception area to get paper cups. Nowhere to put clothes in/outside the shower. Overall, good value for money.

Location was good but realized no kettle provided. Have to go down to lobby to get hot drink. Room was clean though

The room is small and we have problem to open our two luggages 😅. But It’s convenient location near the train station and local eateries. Breakfast is Japanese burger is nice.

Functional fuss-free hotel close to the JR Hakata Station. Plenty of food options around, accessible to Canal City, Hakasu and Tenjin shopping/food district. Nearby to popular tourist sights and many convenience stores around for daily amenities.

The location is convenient and is close to Hakata station and Canal City. Their self check-in counters streamlined and made the self check-in process more efficient. The staff were also helpful regarding parking. The breakfast included in the package was surprisingly tasty. The only downside of the hotel is the room we booked was smaller than expected; there was barely any space for luggage. The overall experience was good.

The comforter is too thick. It is too hot when u cover but too cold if u do not cover! The pillow is too hard for my liking too. 10mins +++ from Kakata station. By walking is ok. But it will be very challenging if carrying luggage because of the uneven ground surface. A nearer hotel will be much better.
