La struttura ha camere confortevoli e letti comodissimi, e anche gli spazi comuni sono molto curati e puliti, così come la pulizia è giornaliera anche per le camere. L'host è molto premuroso e gentile. Si trova vicino a ristoranti e attività commerciali e alle attrazioni più importanti.

Soggiorno perfetto. Camere confortevoli dotate di ogni comfort. La struttura comprende un angolo cucina davvero carino. Salvatore poi è cordialissimo e premuroso alle esigenze del cliente. Situato in località tranquilla ma vicina al centro. Consigliato

Sono tornato a Palazzo Samà a distanza di un anno. Si conferma un fantastico posto dove soggiornare. Questa volta ho dormito in una stanza differente dalla prima volta ma altrettanto bella, con affaccio silenzioso sull'interno e soleggiata. Letto e cuscini comodissimi proprio come a casa mia. Il proprietario è pieno di attenzioni, dalla colazione con frutta, yogurt, latte, caffè, cornetti e succhi fino alle bottiglia di acqua in camera. Inoltre sempre disponibile nel fornire consigli. Non ho riscontrato alcuna difficoltà per il parcheggio ed è situato in ottima posizione, vicino al centro di Catanzaro. È un posto dove ritornare.

B&B di classe, camere pulitissime con biancheria di prima qualità. Proprietario cortese e disponibile, unico limite la difficoltà di posteggio nelle vicinanze. Assolutamente consigliabile anche per l'ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità

Accoglienza magnifica, adattabilità al massimo, persona squisita e gentile, colazione abbondantissima, letto comodissimo e cuscini perfetti, tutto all'altezza di un hotel di livello visto che c'è anche la pulizia giornaliera. Che dire altro? ☺️

Hola! Recién salgo de mi experiencia en el b&b, Excelente todo. Limpio, prolijo y muy hermoso, me quedé enamorada. Atención de diez puntos, Salvatore muy amable. Excelente precio. Tranquilo. Nos hemos sentido realmente como en casa. Recomiendo al 100% sin dudarlo!!!!

Davvero una bella struttura curata in ogni dettaglio dai proprietari che ti accolgono con gran disponibilità e gentilezza . Posto in cui si parcheggia con molta facilità è posizionato in una zona molto comodo della città . Camere dotate di tutti i confort e con letti davvero comodi in delle stanze silenziose per un sonno davvero ristoratore . Grazie di tutto ci vediamo presto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Sinceramente fue uno de los mejores lugares que me quedé. El precio es muy bueno !!! Todo muy limpio !!! Los muebles antiguos reciclados y la habitación muy moderna y excelentemente decorada además de la terraza que tiene unas vistas maravillosas !!! La atención fue increíble !!! Siempre el Señor Salvatore pendiente de todo y tratando de que tu estadía sea genial. Quiero agregar además que en el aérea común ofrece té, café, frutas, jugos, yogures, mermeladas, galletas y todo de cortesía. Además la habitación tiene una heladerita donde hay una botella de agua que se ofrece también de cortesía (y fue genial porque llegué tarde). El baño una belleza !!! Increíblemente maravilloso y las toallas y las sábanas muy limpias y olían muy bien, algo que quiero destacar porque en otros lugares donde estuve no fue así. Es un lugar que recomiendo 100 por ciento y si vuelvo a la tierra de mis abuelos elijo este lugar. Fue muy tranquilo, la zona también tranquila y la cama estuvo muy cómoda. Dormí muy bien y es algo que me cuesta cuando estoy en hoteles. Quiero agregar que el desayuno también estuvo genial. Vale la pena quedarse en Palazzo Samà.
