I even extend my day in this hotel because the host and receptionist is friendly...emir khan is so helpful in helping with luggage..and the owner cengis khan is helpful in providing u guys with all necessary information...save his number..and u guys can ask anything to him..managed to enjoy snow at erciyes mountain (in may - not winter season) based on his guide..tq emir and cengis khan

Location isn’t that good

Room: The room is very big, the bathroom is also large, and the decoration is made of marble. It is actually more advanced than it looks in the photos, and it is hygienic and tidy. Service: Except for the little guy at the front desk who has some differences in English, the boss’s English is good and all the service staff are very nice. The boss also sent us to eat and buy tickets and book activities. It’s not easy for the guy at the front desk to stick to his post with a smile 24 hours a day. The restaurant even puts Butterfly Lovers does the BGM. Environment: Although the location is a bit out of the way, the boss will use his own car to pick you up if necessary, which is very convenient. It’s so romantic to see balloons filling the sky on the rooftop in the morning, highly recommended.

very clean, and comfortable, and tidy, the rooms are spacious and the employee named Emirhan is very kind and friendly and always helps when asking for help, and the hotel manager is also very good, the food is very good and I recommend this hotel.

This is by far the most beautiful boutique hotel I've ever been in and I've been around the world. It has a dreamy, historic castle like atmosphere. The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. You can walk to dining places, walk in cave abodes and watch hot air balloons in the morning. Unforgettable stay. Fabulous hotel, fabulous location, fabulous staff. World-class accommodations.

Emirhan and the crew is very friendly and very hospitality is really great and we had a good time .the Turkish food very delicious and tasty. Variety of breakfast. Serving good. The room spacious and classical like sultanam feel.

Zultanite cappadocia cave is best place to stay.Neat & clean.Staff are very helpful & friendly.Mr Ameer one of the best staff here.Feel like home.All views from the hotel is amazing.Breakfast menu is perfect & delicious.Next time we will stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights here. Nice view, Emirhan is super nice and friendly. Very accommodating. This place is recommended 100%. Also the staffs and owner is super friendly. Hotel room is spacious and nice

The Best hotel I can say.. breakfast was homemade.. owner and staff was friendly and kind. Got so many activity we can do here.. I go for atv ride.. hot air ballon.. the price also reasonable.. the room are spacious for 3 of us.. I’m recommended this hotel. I give 5 ⭐️

Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Room is clean. Breakfast superb.best view and best location,l will reccomend everyone, best hotel in cappadocia. Safe to walk around neighborhood even at night. People are friendly and helpful😃😃😃

The room is very spacious and comfortable with antique and traditional design. The wall is made up of natural stone which made the building very special in its own way. Location wise is good, not far from main attractions. The owner and staffs here are very friendly and treated us with good hospitality. The food served in the hotel were excellent. They sure have a Good cook
