All staff are soooo friendly. Always greets you with a smile and sincere attitude. Fixtures are of excellent standard. We were able to cook. We were supplied with ample drinking water for our entire stay. We are very pleased with the service. Pool is of good size and very very clean. No smell of chlorine or strong chemicals. There is Robinsons on the ground for all grocery essentials and Abaca Baking is a plus. We will definitely come back. Kudos to all the staff for the warm welcome and excellent service!

The place is really good. Very nice location, friendly staff and food is great! If I have to go back to Cebu, I'll choose this hotel again

All good just the restaurant at downstairs l m try to stay book at buffet and because l m single they not accept me and like to put me in annex room far away the buffet ...soo I'm professional manager The breakfast buffet is nice but no cafe machine .. old pastery from at least 3 days bread too pity can be perfect then place is wonderfully studio are top .. ... Will come back

Where to start. After flying more than 24 hours and badly in need of a shower and some rest the room wasn’t ready at check in time. I had to wait in the lobby which was not air conditioned. Finally got in the room and took a shower…a COLD shower. Got out and called the front desk to have them fix it. The water out of the faucets is non potable. I didn’t use the pool because they have I think 2 loungers for all the guests. The location was good. Easy walk to Robinsons Cyber gate. Breakfast was good and tasty.Plenty of choices . The people were friendly. Would I stay again? Hmmm. Not sure. It’s about 50/50 right now. I suppose it would depend on the rate. Would I pay a premium to stay here? Definitely not.

Citadines Cebu is my family’s favorite accommodation in Cebu City. Different restaurants and supermatket on the ssne building. Taxi is very accessible. Clean room, with drinking water provided. Staff are all nice and you can feel the sincerity. Breakfast in Abaca is awesome! They elevated the taste of usual hotel buffet breakfast. Baked eggs, crispy bacon, pancakes, baked beans-must try -👌🏻

i love citadines so much!!! it’s actually my second time here i booked it again bc the first one was nice! and this time (my second time) WAS THE BEST!!!! it’s my birthday and citadines surprised me with balloons and cake (?) from ABACA! I CRIED 😭 they’re so kind and the service is 🔛🔝 i’ll definitely book again soon. i love their lobby as well and the kind staffs, especially the guards sa entrance so welcoming and friendly!! ahhhh and the breakfast buffet??? chefs kiss ✨ thank you CITADINES! def one of my faves na! see you again soon ＜33

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was large and spacious, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Although there was an air conditioner, it didn’t cool the room enough. The highlight of my stay was the friendly staff, who were always helpful and welcoming. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a relaxing getaway!

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was really good. The lady helped us check in early which was great, however when we needed to book a taxi they tried to charge us over 300% of the normal rate. I certainly advise looking elsewhere when booking taxis etc.

This is by far the worst experience I got from a Citadines hotel. And I have stayed across so many of its hotels. I booked for 3 pax and the check in staff said that I would still have to pay extra for an extra bed considering that I have booked for 3. And then finally she came to her senses and agreed to place an extra bed. And then the next day we went for breakfast and very rude staff refused to let us in stating that we only had breakfast for 2 pax instead of 3 which was contrary to my booking confirmation clearly stating breakfast for 3 pax. And then the following day, they refused us entry again stating that in their group chat we had zero breakfast provision. This was like 3 of the breakfast place staff including their supervisor/ manager. They were very rude. And so on our third and last day we just chose not to go to the breakfast to avoid further humiliation. This came very unexpected for a Citadines hotel. Also raised the issue of cleanliness. The room was not so clean on the first day.
