"Good hotel experience located centrally outside the main city center downtown area. Room was small, but comfortable with the window AC unit which was a bit noisy.  My room was on the eighth floor, but still could hear the traffic noise. There is a Food court across the street and restaurants close by as well. Breakfast was provided in the restaurant downstairs which was Basic Filipino food. Service was good at the hotel as well as the restaurant.   Rooftop pool is still under construction and not open."

"The hotel is very close to Ayala mall. If you are someone that loves shopping , then you should stay here. The staffs in the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. If you enjoy music in the evening, they have some live music in the lobby until 11 pm. You can also order cocktails or any drinks in the lobby bar. They have some very good ones. ”Gayuma ng Sirena. ” is a must try. Breakfast is also good just come earlier to be able to sit in the restaurant."

"Great location. Walking distance to Ayla Centre, lots of food and shopping. Lovely room, clean and very polite and friendly staff. The hotel was flexible with checkout time and they don't require deposit which is great. Cons: Pretty noisy - mostly traffic noise and vehicles sounding their horns throughout the night and early morning. Not sure if it is due to the facing of our room. The Sky TV was not working during our stay though. It would have been nice if that was shared when we checked in, we spend some time trying to figure out how to work yhe TV. Will be good if there's teaspoons in the room, had to borrow a spoon from the restaurant just to eat my yogurt."

"We booked two rooms for five people and requested an extra bed, which cost ₱1,000—good thing it already came with breakfast buffet access. However, the check-in experience wasn’t great. The front desk staff moved quite slowly, and the whole process took almost 30 minutes due to unnecessary delays. The rooms themselves were spacious and very clean, which I really appreciated. My only minor disappointment was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV. Location-wise, this hotel is perfect if you’re heading to Bantayan Island since the North Cebu Bus Terminal is literally right across the property. SM is also just a short walk away, making it very convenient. Overall, the room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was decent, and I especially enjoyed their taho. Despite the slow check-in, it was still a good stay for the price and convenience."

"So this is my 3rd time in this hotel and i was surprised that the guy in elevator he saw us having hard time carrying two 30kg luggage (heavy) and one. 10kg luggage  He just watched us and not even helping us to carry it to the hotel  (We are 2 young ladies , me and my sisters)"

"Our recent stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. One of the things we appreciated was the spaciousness of the room—it was large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of friends, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. However, there were several aspects that fell short of our expectations. One of the first things we noticed upon entering the room was that the television wasn’t working properly. We couldn’t browse through channels or select anything to watch, which was disappointing, especially since we were hoping to unwind with a bit of entertainment after a long day. On a more positive note, the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with any concerns and greeted us with warm smiles, which we truly appreciated. Still, there were other areas that could definitely be improved. For instance, the absence of a bidet in the bathroom was inconvenient, especially considering that it has become a standard amenity in many hotels. This may seem like a small detail, but for us, it affected the overall comfort and functionality of our stay. Overall, while the hotel did have some redeeming qualities—such as the spacious room and the helpful staff—there were noticeable shortcomings in the amenities and room facilities that made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. With a few upgrades and attention to detail, this hotel could offer a much better experience for future guests."
