Cebu City Hotels with Pools

First off, the complimentary club lounge access at NUSTAR is a huge plus. The room condition was excellent, and the butler service was great too. I'd definitely consider staying again.

We arrived a little earlier than expected, but the front desk staff were very friendly and kindly prepared a room for me. The view was exactly what I had hoped for, a room overlooking the port and the sea, which looked beautiful during the daytime. Luckily, there was also an event happening nearby, so I got to enjoy a lovely fireworks display from the room as well. The area stayed quiet and relaxing at night, making it a very comfortable stay. I’d happily come back again.

Hotel is in a fairly good location, close to 7/11, and various food places. It’s around 7 minute walk to mango street. They didn’t have a double bed so I got two singles which were actually quite big also. The hotel was pretty good and accommodating however I didn’t like the way they tried to charge me 1,750 pesos for a 2 hour late checkout, which was pretty much the price for one night! which really didn’t affect them that much either way ast I would have checked out by 2 and their check in doesn’t start until 3. The pool was great however cold as there is no sunlight hitting the water directly. The elevators has a really bad smell in there which made me gag everytime I had to enter in it. The staff were pretty friendly and very cooperative. I loved that they used WhatsApp as a contact method for absolutely anything and were pretty fast at responding. So overall pretty good 😊

This is a hotel I've returned to. The pool view is great, and the rooms are clean and spacious. All the amenities, like convenience stores, are close by, and the breakfast is pretty good too.

The hotel's hardware facilities are pretty standard. The dinner buffet offers decent value for money. However, the hotel's room service is quite rigid. My plans changed, and I wouldn't be able to use the breakfast. I had communicated this four or five days in advance, asking to switch breakfast for dinner or upgrade to a room without breakfast. But the hotel lacked flexible management and consistently refused. I'm very dissatisfied with this aspect.

Great Stay with Excellent Breakfast I had a great experience staying at Bayfront Hotel Capitol Cebu. The room was comfortable and I really appreciated that they had a Netflix subscription available in the room, which was a great bonus and made the stay even more relaxing. I wasn't able to use the swimming pool during my stay, so I can't comment much on that. I also wasn't able to ask for the Wi-Fi password, so I wasn't able to use the Wi-Fi during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast buffet. It had a pretty decent selection of food, and I really enjoyed having breakfast there. There were some ongoing repairs during our visit, which was a minor inconvenience, but it didn't significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

First time staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful in resolving any issues we had. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, and spa. Overall, the facilities are excellent. There are many options for breakfast, so you can choose freely. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It's out first time here since my family coming from bohol we accommodate bunk beds good for 4 persons for only 1500 .Thanks there's a pool and we enjoyed here though the pool was for adults only but we find ways to buy salbabida for my daughter... Definitely we will be back here ...The staffs are accommodating and friendly ..Love it ..

The lobby looked great at first glance, but it's an apartment hotel upstairs, and the elevator usually takes a while because people are constantly going in and out. There are many floors, and it's quite high up, making the elevator ride feel a bit scary. The room appeared clean at first glance, but you could tell from the corners that there was dust. A quick wipe of the tissue sofa revealed it was quite dirty. One side of the bed was sunken in from being sat on too much; I'd suggest rotating the mattress or flipping it over to extend its use. The toiletries containers were pretty useless. Although it felt like the location was near a lively area, it was actually quite a distance away. My heart sank when the taxi drove in; the vicinity was quite desolate, so you need to buy everything you need before arriving, as there are absolutely no convenience stores nearby.
