GGuest UserOverall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

지지라산이 좋다This hotel is on the way to Topshill and has a very family-like atmosphere. It has a small swimming pool and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserVery comfortable and well located apartment, spacious with hot water for the sink and shower, no noise from neighbors, quiet pool with some loungers though in the shade early in the morning as the pool is in a quad on the 5th floor, very good for wind protection though. Great views from apartment, and the first truly quiet fridge I have come across, such things are a big deal for light sleepers. Good communications from hosts and reception area ideal from grab deliveries. Malls were 500 m walk from location and super handy 7/11 right outside entrance as well as a small cafe. Would definitely recommend and return.

GGuest UserThe room smelled of cigarettes, probably from the old air conditioning. The hotel is very old and rundown, but if you're looking for something cheap for one night, it's okay. The beds are comfortable, and there's a supermarket and various attractions nearby.

GGuest UserThe place is accessible . The room was quiet comforting to rest since the AC is working Well, however housekeeping or OJT personnel were quite disturbing. They were so loud at around 9-10am that we woke up from our sleep. They talked so loud on the first day, then played loud music on the next days. we can hear it since the rooms are not sound proof.. We stayed for 3 nights and it was the same for our period of stay.

GGuest UserThe room was just fine and enough space for 4 of us, however there was no bidet in the toilet.. Hotel staffs are friendly.. And the price is really affordable.. We stayed here for 5 days, and they allowed us to early check in with minimal fee of 500..beds are comfy, they also clean rooms upon guests request.. The location is very accessible and there are several malls nearby the hotels..We Had a great stay here..thank you!

AAnonymous UserThe front desks are friendly and accomodating, however the door of the cr doesn't have lock and hard to close, the toilet flash kay hinay moflash, two beds: one is single and the other is double, the double bed was I guess dirty kay nangatol ako friend sa bedsheet. I highly suggest to fix the doors and toilet flash, and change/wash the bedsheet well 😊

DDavid J SimpsonAt Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.
