It was a beautiful and memorable staycation for our senior parents and their grandkids. We’ll always treasure this experience.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? Thank you for your attention and prompt assistance.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was abundant (though they charged for my 6-year-old, which was a bit surprising). The location is very convenient, right next to a shopping mall and a 7-Eleven. However, the restroom in our room had a distinct urine smell. Since we only stayed one night, I just briefly mentioned it to the front desk. Overall, I was satisfied.

Occasion: Family trip (my wife, 2-year-old, and I, totaling 3 people). I booked this hotel because I wanted a luxurious stay near the airport where we could relax. Location: It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, and having a shopping mall right next door was a big plus. However, outside of the mall's operating hours, there's nothing else around, and I felt a bit concerned about safety walking around at night, so that's something to be aware of. Food: The breakfast was a lavish buffet with a great selection of Japanese, Western, Chinese, and Filipino dishes. The variety of cheeses and sweets was abundant and delicious. Service: Everyone was incredibly kind, and their service towards my child was particularly outstanding. Their responses to my inquiries before arrival were also prompt, which put my mind at ease. Room: It was clean and spacious enough. There were outlets conveniently located by the bed. There wasn't a bathtub, and the room's ambiance felt more suited for a business trip, in which case it would be perfectly satisfactory. Personal opinion: I would recommend this hotel to couples visiting Cebu for the first time. For families, I felt that a few more recreational options within the hotel would be nice. However, breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable for families too.

The hotel offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the views from the Nivel Hills are absolutely stunning. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided the perfect environment for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly professional and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the well-maintained pool area, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay overall. The staff were faultless throughout, and the cleaning team did an excellent job. The room was very spacious, quiet, and had a great view, and the café food was consistently good. The location was also convenient. The only downside was the WiFi, which was practically non-existent despite staff providing multiple logins to try, and the bathroom tended to flood after showering, which seems fairly common in hotels in Cebu.

Pretty old hotel.The lobby is clean and tidy overall,but the check in is slow.We arrived 5 mins early and it took 20 mins for the reception to check us in.On the other hand ,the room and the bathroom is not well furnished.Cracks,Stains and watermarks are conspicuous.Wouldn’t recommend anyone who has over 50usd budget to stay in here.I would recommend paying 20 dollars more to get better service ,as well as better room environments .

Great Condotel near IT Park and a wide variety of other places. Swimming pool was amazing, Staff were freindly. Room was spacious and well equipped. Would recommend.

The staff were very kind, helping with luggage and showing me where to refill my water bottle. As for the bathroom, there's no shower curtain, but the water pressure isn't strong enough for water to splash everywhere. It was a bit of a shame to see some small rust spots, though.

We stayed mainly for the sky attraction. Based on past reviews, I was worried about issues like no hot water, but the shower worked fine and the room exceeded my expectations for the price. I would definitely like to stay again :)
