GGuest UserThe place was decent for the price. However, I hope they can clean the bottom cover of the bed, as it seemed dusty and dirty. The food was good. Also, they did not provide a toothbrush and toothpaste, even though it was stated in my booking confirmation. That said, I would still come back, as it is better than other hotels in the same price range.

CCattleiOur Valentine’s stay at Citadines was truly memorable. The place had a warm, cozy, and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for spending quality time together. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel at home right away.
What stood out the most was the excellent service. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The overall ambiance was calm and romantic, exactly what we were looking for during Valentine’s.
Thank you, Citadines, for a lovely and stress-free stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to come back.

ZZolotoyMy stay at Summit Galleria Cebu was absolutely wonderful! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to Robinsons Galleria Mall, making dining and shopping a breeze. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with a very soft bed that made for a truly relaxing stay.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making me feel well taken care of from check-in to daily service. The breakfast spread was also quite extensive and tasty, catering to different preferences.
Overall, this is a hotel with excellent value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. If I return to Cebu in the future, I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserThe price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

PPaulVIIt is a hotel with nice rooms for a cheap price. Staff is very friendly and especially the breakfast service was great. As far as the rooms are concerned our room was very clean on arrival. However we extended our stay with one day and the second day the room was not done at all. This was certainly not up to the standards of good housekeeping. We took this hotel as due to the earthquake court building was out of order and is now making use of this hotel. Maybe that is why housekeeping service was not so good.
But it is certainly a nice hotel with good and big rooms and worth the price

SSolo traveller stayed in November 2025Good hotel could work more on attention to details when it comes to cleanliness. It was not dirty but some things could be maintained and taken care of with more details. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast okay would add more options for European guests, roof top nice addition, nice spot at night, gorgeous view of the Cebu.During the day defo needs more attention when it comes to cleanliness.

AAnonymous UserPretty old hotel.The lobby is clean and tidy overall,but the check in is slow.We arrived 5 mins early and it took 20 mins for the reception to check us in.On the other hand ,the room and the bathroom is not well furnished.Cracks,Stains and watermarks are conspicuous.Wouldn’t recommend anyone who has over 50usd budget to stay in here.I would recommend paying 20 dollars more to get better service ,as well as better room environments .

GGuest UserHad a great stay, just near VFS biometrics center for Australian visa. Enjoyed their buffet breakfast for an affordable price. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We’ ll surely recommend the place.

It would have been better though if there were toiletries provided like may tissue. I like that there's available hot and cold water. I will still come back though. I still have plans of getting a room here on my next events.
