✅ Service Experience: Our butler was always available, responding quickly and with a great attitude. Any requests were handled fast, which gave us a great sense of security.

GGuest UserWe upgraded to a river-view twin room, and the view was fantastic. Although there's a highway connection outside, making it a bit noisy at night, the hotel provided earplugs. It's a new hotel, and all the facilities are modern. Located in the center of Lingshui County, it's very convenient for visiting Fenjiezhou Island and Monkey Island. It's also very close to Haiyun Square.

GGuest UserDisadvantages: 1. The geographical location is extremely remote. Apart from being close to Bianjiezhou Island, which is about 8km away, it is far away from anywhere. You can’t take a taxi or order takeout, and none of the restaurants that can pick you up are willing to pick you up. It’s basically impossible to travel without a self-driving car. To eat seafood, we have to go to Xincun Pier. It takes nearly 2 hours to drive there and back. We have dinner and go out at 6 o’clock, and come back at 10 o’clock.
2. It says that breakfast is delivered to the room, but there are very few types. If you stay in other hotels, you can eat breakfast as lunch. If you can eat well, you can't expect it if you stay here. If you don't have enough, you can't eat well. You have to go out for lunch. The transportation is not convenient, which adds a lot of time and money. hidden expenses.
3. The TV remote control is very insensitive and the air conditioner is very noisy.

GGuest UserFacilities: While the facilities are quite old, they were very clean. The hotel also upgraded me to a room with a mahjong table, which I'm very grateful for. 😊
Environment: Located in a villa complex, the beach is very close, just a two-minute shuttle bus ride away. Since we drove, there were a lot of mosquitoes near the hotel's charging stations, so we were careful not to stay too long. In the room, just use a mosquito coil and there are no mosquitoes.
Cleanliness: Although the facilities are a bit old, they were very clean, including the pool.
Service: The service is truly commendable. They have a group chat with many butlers. If you need anything, just let them know. It's very convenient. Every pick-up and drop-off person was very responsible. I especially want to thank butler Xiaoxing, who took us to a fast charger and brought us back and forth. He stayed until after 11 AM and even stayed late.
Finally, the room was really spacious. The stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was conveniently served at the door. Highly recommended for large groups. 🥳
